Most of the skins are of a consistent quality, though whether or not that is a good thing is debateable, I think. For example, Juhani looks cartoon-ish now, and Jolee looks like he's wearing a vase. I can't help but think that if Nightqueen put some real effort into learning her photoshop program, she would produce mods of a much higher quality.
