Here is the Ducati 1098, a fairly detailed and well made italian sports bike that has been seen in the Superbike World Championship. The Ducati will replace the NRG 900 or anything similar in GTA IV.

This motorbike includes a custom handling as well as a choice of several colours (although these will be the colours of what you will replace in the game, due to none being included) and detailed wheels.
