this handling.cfg file will change sabres handling so it\'s better on offroad,faster acceleration and deceleration, topspeed is only 190 cause it has only 3 gears makes it faster to accelerate

but it can\'t reach highspeeds. much more grip and power some features are taken from (sandking,bandito,) (turismo) and(patriot ) (offroadcapability (speed ) (stability) remember to backup any flies incase somethin goes wrong or u don\'t like the mod
