you don't, the medic skin will be missing eyes, and the Uli skin will be missing its face. Luckily the nurse skin doesn't seem to be missing any key parts. As for the actual skins, they look like simple recolors and overlays. Basically, change the color of the torso and hips and overlay some camo and/or the medical cross. It didn't really strike me as anything too impressive, as the skins all look much too much like their original models. Also, the Uli (made from the Bespin Luke) skin is scary-looking. As if the author increased the contrast and added the outline filter to it. It just looks weird. The sounds are something else as well. They all seem to be home-brewed, and the medic sounds seem to be done by the same person as the uli sounds. The nurse sounds are high quality, but I can't say the same for the others. The soundsets are incomplete, though, and the actual strings of the sounds are also kind of odd. Let me just say I don't want them trying to save [i]my[/i] life.
