FAST ABILITIES version 1.0 by CutterShane HOW TO USE When you run Dawn of War and start a skirmish, you will now have a new Game Rule in the Game Options, after you pick your map. Check to enable. Uncheck to disable. fa_recharge_time = 0.25

This mod increases the rate at which Abilities can be used by decreasing the time it takes them to recharge. The main purpose is to make battles more exciting and visually explosive.
