look like Luke Skywalker at all I'm afraid :( I think the author needs to step back a bit and take some more time and try and work out a new way to create a workable Luke. The head model doesn't really suit the intended purpose of this mod. More editing of the skin and a better choose of head model is needed. When I look at the skin there wasn't really much changed at all. If the author does decide to have another crack at him, my suggestion is to have a good hard look at your reference pictures and maybe include some light and darkside transitions.
