author changed the colors to match (as closely as he could get them) the Picture Background of the Main Menu of the game HL2 DeathMatch which was Orange Eyes and Blue and Green Uniform. He also changed the name to Citizen Control on the patch on his back. He added a CrowBar patch + small patch that says citizen control on the Right Armplate. Few various slight (very slight) color changes elsewhere.
