Energy Discharge Shields - By ChillerHippie 09/03/2007 New Shield textures that have energy discharges pulsing threw it. I've also added a ripple effect at the point of impact. Please feel free to comment. Feedback is most appreciated

This modification will show a energy dispersal and a "ripple" effect at the point of contact of a ship's shield vector(s). This will replace any shield texture you may have installed.
