this before, what it does is reskin the Ebon Hawk to look more like the Millenium Falcon. You can see a fair number of similarities between the two color-wise, but unfortunately the model of the Ebon Hawk is part of the walkmesh of the areas it's in so it can't be changed. The Hawk will look like it normally does during the BINK cutscenes, but there's nothing that can be done to change that. Enjoy the new look!
