Here yet another upgrade to the Olympic Class Medical Support Frigate. the only improvement I can see. The "lowering" of the Quantum Torpedo count. I would suggest this mod for those how don't know

how to alter thier hardpoint file. Other than than, I can see no difference from the Olympic HP v.2.0. Which was balanced perfectly IMO. So If you want to lower the Quantum count on the previous Olympic HP upgrades, then this mod is for you.
