Linux README 7/14/00

To run the Half-Life/TFC decidated linux server, unpack the hlds_l3103.tar.gz
file into a directory on your server. If you have the 3.1.0.1 or 3.1.0.2 version
installed, you can just unpack hlds_l3103upgrd.tar.
