jumpsuit and helmet have been desaturated, the visor is now black and the rest of the face is covered by some weird wavy dark gray pattern. I suspect this sly guy tried to give him a ninja mask or something. And that's it. It replaces the base rebel pilot as well, so it's got all the neat little extras. Although they all belong to the original pilot. - Jose
