Armada 2
Fleet Ops menu style for stock Armada II

Freespace Menu
here. What is good about this GUI is it has a distinct Freespace feel to it but it still has the structure of Armada 2's GUI so it's got the best of both worlds if you look at it in that context. I like the rough metallic "spartan" look which suits the Armada 2 layout. My memory of Freespace is hazy (only play Beyond the red line mod for it) but I do believe the logo is from the original Freespace and looks pretty nifty in this GUI. If you are a fan of Freespace and you like the screenshot then give this a try out. - IKS
CompactDream - a new GUI
and Romulans. (Borg players have to assimilate it themselves.) :D This is every bit as good as the original, with the little changes needed to take it from being good, to great. GUI modding will never be the same again. Download this right now.
CompactDream - GUI
CompactDream reduces the amount of screen time your GUI frame will obstruct your view. A note, though. This is currently only for the Federation, although I can't imagine it'd be difficult to modify to use in ANY given GUI you'd like. FahreS has also included .BMP and .TGA examples of buildbuttons that could be integrated with this GUI, and suggests you try it yourself. A fantastic bit of work --and only a download away from being yours.
Star Trek XI GUI
beautiful effort, truly in keeping with the spirit of the new film! Here's hoping it's not the last such GUI we see from Tain_Enabran!
Nova Button
This button, while simple, seems really cool. Very well done job.
Slightly Better Strings
contain better information on the ship which is moused over. Also included in this mod is a rework of the heroship's odf which simply gives all the heroship's a shipname (Martok's Negh'Var is called the "IKS Honour's Burden" although not a very Klingon name (I would have called it "Spoonhead cruncher" :p). The Borg Queen's diamond is known as "Command Node 001 Alpha" which is quite borgish :borg: This is a small mod, but a worthy one if you like the changes.. Good scripting work ;) - IKS
New Starfleet Logo
to get noticed on its own. Download if you want.
Nemesis Romulan Icons
anti-friendly and Reman for that matter) including the look of ships (Valdore/Norexan) and the logo associated with the empire. Gone was the blue and green hue of a bird\'s outstretched arms and in was a bird clutching two orbs (the twin planets of Romulus and Remus) in a cool-grey/silver. You might say then that these touches are quite small. In deed that would be right, but it\'s the small touches that make it better, right? For a start, the button to select non-assigned craft which was a D\'Deridex Warbird is now a Valdore/Norexan. The little icon that shows the amount of Centurions in the resource bar, the main race icon in the main part of the interface (the middle portion), Centurions in the craft and the large race icon in the map editor are now all changed to portray that of the grey bird. Nice, subtle touches that definitely make the Romulans a little more up-to-date. A shame it is then that these touches aren\'t on newer interfaces that on the whole may seem better than these little nicks, but regardless of that, this does add something a little special to the Romulans.
Main Menu (LCARS Edition)
anyone who is bored shitless with the standard menu, should get and download this. It looks nice, and has a wonderful change about it. Something to downlaod, that much is for sure ;) - Ash
Ancients GUI
Interface (From Stargate). And a very nice looking one it is, though a shame there were no screenshots that came with it. - SSA
Build Button for Species 8472 Dreadnaught
but honestly, I've never had it in game, so for all of those who do, you'll definitely want this. It also comes with a special announcement from DM. If you look into the readme, you'll be able to see it. Apologies for the time taken to upload this file. As might have been realised, we got slightly behind on our uploads with the site maintanence and volume of actual files too - Joelteon7
A1-style Starfleet GUI for A2
reviewing senses, this GUI is quality. Kind of a nice faux-wood and chrome finish. Like driving my car. ;) Download this one today!
Compact Clear GUI
that they are arranged in a numpad-type palette where the tactical window is placed. The background of the palettes and menu are more opaque than normal or so they appear. This arrangement is not as neatly placed as the stock menu but the commands all placed in the numpad type layout make it easier to see and access. Even though it obstructs the tactical window it will prove useful ingame. This adds to the efficiency of your gameplay as you as accessing commands is unrestricted by a frame like the stock layout, however some may not like the way it departs from the original layout so it may take some getting used to. If like myself you are used to nothing but the hotkeys (habbit obtained from Homeworld), you would still find this arrangement a great help. Notes:
This can be integrated into the Project Blue GUI mods that FahreS has created lately.
In addition you can choose between a 4:3 and a 5:4 screen resolution version. Overall, I am really impressed with the work FahreS is doing with the GUIs and this is a very cool mod, which I will be using. Granted it's not for everybody but it's still impressive work - IKS
Project Blue, Level III
Ship Info handlers. Changelog:

New Selection-SOD (192 Polys)
Changed Race-Icons
New moving Cross
New Shipinfo-Icons
Blue Font colours
Bugfix for Project Blue: Level 2
The Grid Select button handler is cool. Shaped like, well a cross between a Circular Saw Blade and a circular wind vein (I actually forget the shape\'s name), it certainly is a departure from the stock Grid Select. The Race icons are also different as they appear to have a chrome effect which is better than the plain white stock ones. Ship info icons are also changed, with similar chrome effect done to them (the shield icon looks like an Anti-Virus logo icon). All-in-all it\'s a nice little package from FahRes\'. Note: Level 1 and 2 are not required for this but would be a good thing to have to match these. - IKS
Project Blue, Level II
corner buttons as well. Nice touches and changes by FahreS. And best of all, you don\'t need Part I to get Part II to work. Never seen an episode of Trek that can claim that. ;) Get this one --and Part I, as well-- today, and bring the look of your A2 build up a couple notches. - the Kid
Project Blue, by FahreS
imagined by the builders requires a high-definition facelift, and this one\'s really something. Now, if you\'ve never noticed it before, you sure will now. Check out the screenshot if you want to see the results. Download it if you want to see some results in your A2. - the Kid
