objective of capturing it. After waves of waves of bodies swept over the beach and intense fighting, the attackers emerged victorious, while the German defenders were able to take 700 lives with them. This map is intended to simulate the actions that happened on Utah Beach, and boy it does. Intense fighting start right off as the map starts with Allied soldiers move up the beach while Axis troops try to cut them down. Action aside, this map is nicely constructed with Axis bunkers overlooking the beach and a village placed behind the beach. Authentic stuff, so it lets the players have a level of appreciation. towards the end of World War II through the forested Ardennes Mountains region of Belgium by the German armed forces. The Germans planned the offensive with utmost secrecy, minimizing radio traffic and conducting the movement of troops and equipment under cover of darkness. It was a almost complete surprise against a weak section of the Allies’ line was achieved during heavy overcast weather, when the Allies’ strong air forces would be grounded. Although the operation saw some initial successes, soon the tide turned against the Wehrmacht. This map features lots of cover for troops and tanks, is densely populated by trees. Although the map doesn't have the winter thing going on, you can try and export it to your Battle of the Bulge mod folder and use it through that, that way you will at least some get winter textures on this map. This map can be quiet fun as both sides are pretty much balanced terrain wise, and can do assault style gaming. Check it out!

map; This one, ready and waiting for your downloading pleasure, is an updated large 3v3 player map loaded with features and resources! Some of the features of this map include: Less strategic points Still a lot of resources There are now some victory points , so you can play anihilate or control points game Plus many other changes The means are present in Main Railway Line to do your battles how you want...whether it be with Infantry, tanks, or whatever; As you may have guessed, the object of this map is to control as many bridges as you can, and terrorizing the enemy is always good! If you can keep them off balance, and on the defense, it gets increasingly hard to mount an offensive...but then, anything is possible! Main Railway Line is located somewhere near an industrial complex which is a main railway line structure with lots of resources. The Axis and Allies have to cross the river to get there, which is also a natural border between both sides of the conflict. With the amount of changes made in this version, many of you will find that the gameplay is drastically different...almost like a new map... Changes in this version include: Each side has two bridges connecting territories with the industrial complex. Now only railway bridges are destructable The main bridge (the one with road and a railway) has some tank traps from both sides, so players won\'t be able to attack enemy bases in the early game phase with vehicles. Between the main bridge and foot bridges in the map\'s centre, there is a passage where players can cross the river, this is a very important strategic place for the whole battle Each side have some weapons that they can crew near the front line. These are: 1 Flak 88 1 Howitzer 1 Antitank gun A few flakvierling guns Howitzers are hidden very well and it won\'t be easy to destroy them The developer optimized the map by moving out some \"heavy\" objects, this gave me some possibility to make the map more detailed with many strategic things like fences, walls, buildings, ditches etc. The developer reduced a number of strategic/resource points. If you still think you have what it takes to be victorious, then click that download button now. Refer to the readme for more information.
in the high grounds; naturally, the other team has to break through where ever the enemy team is placed. There are three main entrances to the castle which should be expected to be heavily guarded by either side (Axis usually place 88's and bunkers), but a little artillery spray will do the job; likewise there are three main entrances to the wooded area. This map can produce some epic battles, as defenders or attacks put up fierce fights to defend their territory. Check it out!

hills, fields and a town with several structures, and anything is possible. If you want to be victorious in Forgotten Honour, then you will want to get control of the town and then set up defenses to keep your opponants from getting those medium/high resource points. The developer has supplied some hints to help you along: Sneak behind enemy lines with squad or two, and make some confusion with enemy defence. If enemy gets the town first, they probably set up defences. Keep your snipers ready and kill the MG soldiers. Remember, a minefield is a good way to stop sneaking enemy. Remember, team work is a key to victory! Help friend in trouble and he will help you too, probably. Use artillery to smash the enemy defence lines and rush to the victory point. Refer to the readme for more information.
zone. For each team, two players are positioned together, while another is positioned alone to the left or right of the map; both teams face each other from the opposite sides. This map features a bombed village, with some intact structures that have remained; thus using those buildings as barricades are vital for choke points as well as having a secondary base. This map features plenty of points for players to capture, thus can result in some huge battles that could take place. This map is also well built, with plenty of details that litter around the map. million. The battle was marked by brutality and disregard for military and civilian casualties by both sides. The German offensive to take Stalingrad, the battle inside the city, and the Soviet counter-offensive which eventually trapped and destroyed the 6th Army and other Axis forces around the city was the second large-scale German defeat of World War II. This map is in.SGA format; best opened with the Mannerheim COH Launcher. The map utilized SCAR code to keep resources very lean to keep the game from becoming a rapid tech-up match. The goal of the author was to keep this a largely grunt-unit duel--this is a sniper's paradise. There are ample spots for ambushes, flanking attacks, infiltration and general end-running. The AI on whichever side you'll play in skirmish tends to be rather dumb--crank your side up to hard . Conversely, the opponent tends to be wicked-tough, play them hard or expert at your own risk! These will tend to be long struggles (in Annihilate--is there any other way to play?); typically around an hour and a-half or more. Watch your rear-areas! Check it out!
detailed and contains a number of resources and cover points which can be used as a advantage against the enemy. The author has also provided us with a detailed description along with the resources information. crossings, one indestructible middle crossing and even a river crossing point to help break stubborn stalemates. A river twice as wide, longer distances and bigger base area will offer protection from artillery spam, especially brit. A beautiful world created specifically for you to have fun blowing to bits. This map may hit players with performance issues as it is very large and elaborate - just a heads up. Check it out!
in the center, cutting off valuable resource points and worth battling over. It's a relative open map, but with a lot of objects for cover. The map is nice detailed, with a nice placements of objects and decals add to the realism of the map. Check it out.
resources - with high resources you can expect more epic battles! Design wise, this map is solid with various pathways that lead into the other team's bases; however, detail wise, this map is done very poorly and looks very bland. In spite of all that, you can expect some quality battles. Try it you self and see.
is yet again created by zixozixo.
Roer river and Aachen in-game. This is also the author's first map, so please congratulate him into the mappers club! This map feature's three main areas where battles take place in: the Roer river, the forest between the river and the town of Aachen, and of course the town it self. Due to this design, there are various choke points; however, they aren't on bridges as some maps would do. This map features, a high fuel point in the middle making it very strategic, has about 67 munitions, 50 fuel, and a lot of man power points. Using fixed positions are a plus, especially in the middle of the forest as you can hold on to the high fuel point, and use fixed artillery batteries (such as Brits!) to pound the enemy forces...however, you can also take advantage of the fixed starting positions, not necessarily just the static positions on the map. Check it out!
placed and can be destroyed easily. Both sides have been equally balanced and have been provided equal amounts of resources. This gives both sides a incredible boost in terms of resources. Have fun, Jman895
is a lot of action to be had in this map, and the graphics alone is enough to want to download it...but believe me, the gameplay will have you hooked as well! If you think you are going to fire up Something in France (v1.2) and be done with it in a short while, then you have no idea what you're getting into, you will need to pack a few snacks and, if you have an under-developed bladder, maybe some Depends would be a good plan, you'll be a while fighting for supremacy! Some of the changes in this version include: The color map has been updated The preplaced units are what create this unique gameplay for multiplayer This map has been converted to a 'front-line map' Quite a few other updates since v1.0 Don't be under the illusion that Something in France (v1.2) is the same map that it was in it's previous release...this map has undergone some serious changes! Because the Second World War was not started or fought by Engineers, G_I has strived to bring realism to the forefront; In War, you have a front-line, and it moves forward or backward...depending on weather you are winning or losing. Refer to the readme for more information.
newest release for your Company of Heroes enjoyment! Ice and Steel takes place in the frozen remains of a bombed out, fought over industrial complex. Enough with the reading already, you should be playing this 6 player map by now...Hurry up and click that download link! Refer to the readme for more information.
our favorite maps our favorites. This map is the culmination of my experimenting with world builder since 2007 and features a long, narrow battlefield well suited, in different areas, to both tank and infantry fighting. My favorite feature, however, is the day/night cycle which lasts for roughly one week. Unlike most day/night cycles, this one is continuos, like real life, the sun is always rising or setting, not pausing, then suddenly changing from midday to dusk, dusk to night. The church in the southern village is an indulgance on my part, it produces direct-fire capable snipers, something I know not to be a really professional addition to the map, but something I know has made the map all the much more enjoyable for me. I hope you like the map, if not, I am always looking for ways in which to improve it along with my other maps. Enough of me talking, go enjoy this map.
Well, you heard him!, Download now! -Lint
for our fatherland. The weather is getting foggy and snowfall is going to come, the allied bombers cannot attack at the moment. We expect the allies to try now to cross the Rur. Drive with your division to the Rur near Linnich an prevent the allies from crossing the Rur. Stop the intruders. They must not cross the Rur by no means----- not a single meter.“ It begins “Battle of tanks at Hubertuskreuz”
Rurfront 1944 is a large six player map that is set in an open area with rivers going across the map. This map is excellent for large tank battles due to the openness of the map, thus maneuverability is no problem whatsoever. This map does however, have some choke points, and they are the bridges which are vital to get your armour across and moving. You may destroy the bridges to halt the enemy advances but they can also be repaired. The author has also placed weapons in the trenches and the bunker in the map, so you may have heavy weapon right off. The map has a very nice atmosphere, with a gloomy and dark feel to it. Also, the map may lack some objects, but it only adds to the atmosphere as you see a bombed out landscape. Check it out!
chaos, you'll find yourself in the unfamiliar setting of Germany, where it seems that every person you run into is out to plant you under the daisies. Rawhill is the setting where the Axis must not let their supply routes get captured by the Allies; The Allies are struggling to hold the hill at all costs because losing it will bring about chaos and may be the deciding factor in the path of the war. This fictional location comes complete with plenty of houses to take cover in plus open fields for a much larger scale fight. You won't want to miss your chance to capture the hill...before the enemy does. If you think you have what it takes to bring about Victory for yourself and your Comrades-in-Arms, then what are you waiting for, your fate awaits! Refer to the readme for more information.
is just the basic Idea of what I have in mind. It is not near completion yet and has some major obstacles to cross before completion. The game play setup is 3 allies v 2 axis players. The allies have to move their units to the dock where they will be transported across the water to the beach to assault Omaha. The axis have to hold the Victory Points until the allies are defeated. Some notes; I have not been able to figure out how to get the boats/transportation accross water to work (though I know it can be done as it was in the campaign for the Panzer Elite) Any help on this would be appreciated. Also Any constructive comments would be appreciated on where you think I should go with this map.
two rivers with an island that is sure to be the center of attention when the battle rages...you will have to contend with winding paths by the woods and a road. Some of the features of this map include: There are 4 bridges: Two for the Allies Two for the Axis Two paths which leads through the knee-deep water. Village is definitely a map worth the download! If you think you have what it takes to reign supreme, get in line for your free copy now! Enjoy. Refer to the readme for more information.
winning. The extra ammunition points at either flank of the middle of the map will also prove most useful for fire support. Try not to just hold the enemy off at the buildings though. It's surprising how quickly a little artilliary will flatten your nice dug in positions. This map has been pretty extensively tested. With luck that'll be all the little bugs/mistakes etc ironed out.
bridge in the center, two food bridges in the center and on one side beside a ford on the opposite side. The hill is closer to first team and the river is more acessible to the second team because the ford. The victory points are in: the hill, the church (in the center) and the river near the big bridge.
intend for the game to be decided more on battle field tactics and less on grabbing some critical resources in the middle of the map. Lots of open spaces to allow for tank battles and somewhat easily defended city bases. -Lint
Axis have to defend the Fuhrer's home at all cost! There are choke points leading into both bases which creates an advantage for the defending team; thus, artillery is a must for this map. In the middle of the map is an urban area which players can use to create forward bases for either attacking or defending force. This map is quite solid in map design - although it does make use of choke points a tad bit much -, and it looks pretty good.
map features closed environments, so ambushes for tanks and heavy assaults are actual viable options to use. There is also lots of detail for your eyes to be pleased by: decals, objects, environmental atmosphere..it's all there. Design wise, although there have been many urban maps before, this will also make you appreciate how it is built. Check it out!
along with mysterious objects for cover. The map has been designed for the contents of the center of the map in which a rather large statue holds the key to its surroundings. The center is a huge chokepoint for either you or the opponent as the valuable resources are in range. Supporting : 6 Players ( 3 vs. 3)
modes. The scenery is not as nice as I would have liked to have made it, but I just don't have time to do detail enhancements, I was mostly worried about gameplay. AI routing and tactics work pretty well on this map for single player mode.
The capture and control of the main island will give the team in question, a substantial economical boost; thus, it would be wise to rush for the island. Design wise, the map is quite solid with nice placements of objects and structures, however on the ground decal side, it is quite poor since not many textures were used. Try it your self and see.
has been altered slightly to allow for a more rockin' experience as now, St. Hilaire is geared for six players! To add to the realism and action, the developer has also added some changes to this version of the map, it now also includes two new weather cycles; There is also another addition included, some background noises to add to the gaming experience! Some of the features are: Now a 6 player map 2 new weather cycles: Night Stormy Included ambient audio Refer to the readme for more information.
trench to trench, reminiscent of the First World War. Small towns and encampments are key to the allied advance. A large group of Allied forces have targeted a logging camp near the banks of the Rur River as a staging point for an offencive against German force in the Hurtgen forest. They are, however, unaware of the German troops massing near by, for the eventual counter attach into the Ardennes. A long and hard fought battle is about to ignite amongst the trees of the quiet forest.
There are a few trees scattered throughout, but the scenery is mainly made up of the buildings in this community. Refer to the readme for additional information.

suggestions, comments or otherwise they are welcome. This map is set in an open wooded area with some small towns here and there. Players on each team are positioned together and face the opposing team on the opposing side of the map. There is a solid amount of points for teams to capture, ensuring a nice flow of resources to spend on. If you want to play with your friends or by yourself check out this manual which the author's friend, Onkelsam has put together. Its very easy to set this up and worth it if you want to play something besides the usual maps. Check it out!
does not hold much eye candy, this map is great for lower end machines that cannot handle too much detail, or to test out unit balance in large scale battles. This map is simple and fun, thus if you are out for skirmishes with online buddies/opponents, or AI this map is ideal for you! Check it out!
