PK3 Support for Windows XP

designed for this purpose, but this is a nice alternative (it's half the size of the readme). MadmanfromMars tested it on Windows ME and it doesn't work on Windows ME so you'll have to be running Windows XP for this, sorry. EDIT: I forgot to mention in the readme, you can delete the files after you've added it to your registry, so it doesn't take up any hard drive space that isn't already being used by the registry.
