This is a Lesser File Size than most Mod Managers and it still works! Also note that this Mod Manager only works for Empire at War or EaW, NOT FoC! ~X-Scissor

Edit a file using a text editor, then place into a self made folder called XML with the /GameData/Data directory. It will override the Config.meg data from which these files are packed inside. Now we get back to modding. :)
