20th Centuary Weapons

and am finding weapons from the mod on enemy Raiders and Super Mutants, and possibly on merchants as well. I believe this was the final version publically released. Use 7-zip and an archiver support that format to extract the files into your Fallout 3 directory. 20th centuary Weapons required Calibr to run, and there is an optional plugin that changing the shells to the prettier XCalibr versions. The weapons stats are balanced with respect to vanilla Fallout, so if you are using the FWE overhaul, you could use FO3Edit to change the weapon stats. Merged patch creation is the easiest - start FO3Edit and once it has loaded, right clcik and create a merged patch. The alternative is to use Wyre Flash to create a Bashed patch. It gives you more control, but required more fiddling. MEnsure you add the 20th centuary weapons plugins to Leveled Lists, FormID Lists and Import Inventory sections. If you don\'t merge the FormID lists, for instance, Super Mutants will be unable to use the new weapons and engage you with their hands :(

The information you find on the corpse will lead you to one of The Institute\'s remote clinics (or IRCs) where you\'ll uncover a layered conspiracy and be faced with the decision of what to do about it. [b][u]Potential Conflicts[/u][/b] Every effort has been made to keep the mod autonomous, with exception to the following two instances. [list][*] The mineshaft door to Vault 87 (which led nowhere in Vanilla Fallout 3) now leads to the main interior cell for The Institute. If another mod has tried to do the same thing, obviously this will cause problems. [*] One of the perks (the one gained for helping Galen) carries a side effect which is relieved by drinking Nuka Cola. As such, a script effect has been added to Nuka Cola and if another mod tampers with Nuka Cola, this may interfere. To resolve the issue, you can set TheInstitute lower in the load order and/or make a merged patch (see technical issues discussion for more details). Alternatively, you can just help Rutherford instead of Galen. [/list] [b][u]Installation[/u][/b] Standard affair: make sure you have ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated (or use the Mod Manager feature), and extract the RAR\'s contents to your Data folder. Enable the ESM in either your launcher or your Mod Manager and you should be good to go. [b][u]More about the IRC mod[/u][/b] I\'ve been working on The Institute for more than a year and am proud to finally be sharing it with the public. of Army Special Forces team, found the location of a teleporter that linked to a newly discovered ship. They knew right away that it was an incredible find and began building a new camp to protect the teleporter. They used an old bunker that they knew of nearby. It had been long forgotten, making it an ideal place to hide a secret this valuable. The underground portions of the bunker would need to be expanded to become their new Base. They would still need to maintain a camp site above this Bunker for more protection from the Raiders and super mutants. With so few men in their group, they would have to get some outside help if they were ever going to rebuild the ship and get the base operational. In light of the new discoveries they made, and the new advantages they would soon provide, they decided to change their name. From now on they would be known as Silent Frontline. It wasn't long before people started noticing the base over the area. Brotherhood of Steel agents & Enclave agents were sent to investigate. The Brotherhood of Steel requested that a preliminary meeting was in order. When the BoS spoke with the General about his history and whereabouts, they agreed an alliance was and order, they planned or reforming the United States, and its military system. The two agreed to allow the Enclave in on the treaty as well; the enclave refused such offer, saying that they were what was left of the United States. Immediately a war broke out among the new BoS-Silent Frontline Alliance. Because of the BoS alliance, SF had the funding they needed to repair the Space Ship and to add more items to their Bunker Base. The BS-SF main concern is eliminating the enclave, restoring government and repairing what's left of the unnamed vessel.

switch between the sword and the gun using a special item that is added to your inventory. There are a garage bin and a special workbench in two interior places: the Rivet City marketplace and Dominic and Machete's House at Canterbury Commons. The garage bins contain the schematics for creating both Gunsowrds and some ammunition.The contents of the garage bins respawn, so you can get new Gunsword schematics and improve the condition of the weapons created using the workbenches (the condition will only improve with the first 3 schematics you get, like in vanilla Fallout 3. After that getting more schematics will not affect the condition of the Gunswords you create). You can only create the Gunswords at those special workbenches. Both weapons can be repaired using any of the version of the sword and the gun, using whet stones, hammers or the items used to build them. There is also included a second version of the armour (top, skirt, bracelet, boots, jacket and gloves). You can buy it from Bannon at the Rivet City Marketplace, Moira Brown at Megaton or Anthony Ling at Tennpeny Tower. They sell the following items: * Bracelet (uses bodyaddon1 slot) * Boots (use bodyaddon2 slot) * Clothes (use upperbody slot) * Jacket (uses bodyaddon3 slot) * Left Glove (uses left hand slot) * Right Glove (uses right hand slot) * Full Armour, that comprises the Bracelet, Boots, Clothes, Gloves and Jacket and uses the upperbody slot. * Also, 2,000 caps have been added to these merchants. There are three versions of each part of the armour: Normal colour (like the ones Lightning wears), Black and Green. All pieces of equipment can be repaired using leather belts, the Mercenary Charmer outfit, the Leather armour or any of the parts of the armour itself. The armour is made for Dimon's Type 3 Berry body.

Household Teleporter

'Personal Teleporter' device that comes with the base teleporter unit allows you to teleport from the field back to the base unit in your house. Activating the base unit will then teleport you back to the precise point you left from, out in the field. There are costs and side-effects involved in teleportation, however. Teleporting home from the field requires Energy Cells to power the process (optional and configurable), and the Personal Teleporter device requires several seconds to power up once the teleportation sequence has been initiated. Users will experience a slight blurring of their vision while the device powers up. Using the base teleporter unit to return to the field does not require Energy Cells - and the process is instantaneous - however many users experience temporary 'Teleportation Sickness' (optional and configurable) due to their arrival in the field not being stabilised by the presence of the base teleporter unit. Sufferers of Teleportation Sickness tend to feel weak and sluggish, but symptoms usually only last for around thirty seconds, fortunately. See the 'Playing the mod' section below for more information.

for wanderers of the Wasteland: it enables one to see further in low-light conditions than with a light source (like from a Pip-Boy); and do so without giving away one's position. With these Nightvision Goggles, the drawback that offsets these benefits is the consumption of Energy Cells while the goggles are in use - at a rate chosen by the player, using an in-game menu. Another mild drawback would be the image-ghosting (or 'motion-blur') experienced by users unless they keep their head steady.

there's a catch. You need recipes in order to create items and to get the recipes (most of them anyway) you need to reverse engineer first. Meaning that if you want to make mentats, you first need to reverse engineer mentats witht he labtable to get the recipe. After that you can create mentats IF you got the proper chemicals. These chemicals can be obtained by decomposing certain items in your LabChemicalLocker. (a container added under your lab table) You can check the bottom of the readme to see what item converts into what chemical(s). Another option you have is to turn dirty water into purified water and this purified water into boiled water. Boiled water is used as an ingredient for some items.

Textures were done by me using photoshop using vanilla textures. Do whatever you want with it, just give me credit. Please rate if you like, and i'd like feed back regarding changes-improvements you can think of. Also if you have any problems please let me know. The MERC GRUNT Retex file is strictly some other retextures i've done, no esp, no nothing, just the DDS files. Rename or add in what ever. The NO STAR file is to meet a request for the texture minus the Army star logo. Just replace the existing mods textures with these to remove the logo. Also, if people want specific unit insignia or other markings or changes on the armor let me know.

When you load up the mod, a pair of "Console Goggles" is added to your inventory (for a new game, they are added after Amata has spoken to you during the Escape). Equipping them opens the console. It is recommended to hotkey them as this allows you to open the console with your pipboy closed. The console is closed by pressing Esc twice. Allow a second between each keypress. This mod is a remake of VISTA Console Mod by Rapier_21. The reason for a remake is to increase compatiblity and ease of use (this mod comes as a FOMOD ready archive).

damage your game. To get the kill option, you need to have a weapon equipped. Note that killing an essential NPC or creature may make quests malfunction, so you kill them at your own risk. Due to limitations in the scripting engine, only NPCs and creatures made essential by unmodded Fallout 3 are affected by the kill option. The DLC are no supported as I do not own them. As this mod works by adding a perk to the player, it is highly recommended that you apply the latest patch to your game.

Zumbs Overhauled Real-Time Security (ZORTS) has the following in-game features: * Lockpicking: Equip the Bobby Pin in the weapons tab, point your crosshair towards a locked object and press attack. Please be advised that picking a lock you do not own may anger the locals. * Hacking: Holster your weapons, point your crosshair towards a terminal and press 'H'. Hacking a terminal you do not own may cause anger amongst onlookers. Hacking can be interrupted by pressing the attack control. * Lockbashing: Equip a weapon, point the crosshair towards a locked object and press attack. A lock can be very sturdy, and may require a lot of work before it opens. Be advised that the locals may consider destruction of property a serious criminal offence. The current HP of the container is shown if 'H' is pressed. * Explosives: Equip an explosive, point your crosshair towards a locked object, and press attack. This will open a menu where you can choose a timer. As it is quite dangerous to be near the explosion when it goes off, it is advised that you vacate the blast radius. This highly dangerous method will likely be considered to be a very serious criminal offence by locals. * Prying: Equip a knife or a crowbar, point your crosshair towards a locked object, and press 'P' to attempt to pry open the door. This may anger the locals. * Configuration Menu: The menu can be opened by holstering your weapon and pressing 'P'. The configuration menu allows you to toggle minigames on/of, disable everything but lockbashing, apply the factory (install) settings, apply the default settings, and toggle debug mode. * In-game documentation: Look under notes in your pip boy for basic instructions. LIMITATIONS: Only ONE lock can be lockbashed at a time. Bashing at another lock will clear the effects on the first lock unless it has been bashed open. This limitation includes usage of explosives: Only one lock can be mined at a time.

that adds more Feral Ghouls throughout the Wasteland. Before, there were 269 leveled Feral Ghouls throughout the Capital Wasteland. Now, there are 42,604. I recommend playing this with Mart's Mutant Mod - it adds a large variety of Feral Ghouls. The number may seem very big, but I have now optimised the mod to produce minimal lag and no crashes. I'm not saying there will be no lag, because there obviously will with so many ghouls, but I'm talking a small FPS hit when you have a horde of zombies on-screen. Obviously this varies, but I was able to run it very well on my Acer Aspire 8920 4GB RAM Intel Core2 Duo CPU T8300 2.40GHz-2.40GHz laptop, so I'm proud.

switch between the sword and the gun using a special item that is added to your inventory. There are a garage bin and a special workbench in two interior places: the Rivet City marketplace and Dominic and Machete's House at Canterbury Commons. The garage bins contain the schematics for creating both Gunsowrds and some ammunition.The contents of the garage bins respawn, so you can get new Gunsword schematics and improve the condition of the weapons created using the workbenches (the condition will only improve with the first 3 schematics you get, like in vanilla Fallout 3. After that getting more schematics will not affect the condition of the Gunswords you create). You can only create the Gunswords at those special workbenches. Both weapons can be repaired using any of the version of the sword and the gun, using whet stones, hammers or the items used to build them. There is also included a second version of the armour (top, skirt, bracelet, boots, jacket and gloves). You can buy it from Bannon at the Rivet City Marketplace, Moira Brown at Megaton or Anthony Ling at Tennpeny Tower. They sell the following items: * Bracelet (uses bodyaddon1 slot) * Boots (use bodyaddon2 slot) * Clothes (use upperbody slot) * Jacket (uses bodyaddon3 slot) * Left Glove (uses left hand slot) * Right Glove (uses right hand slot) * Full Armour, that comprises the Bracelet, Boots, Clothes, Gloves and Jacket and uses the upperbody slot. * Also, 2,000 caps have been added to these merchants. There are three versions of each part of the armour: Normal colour (like the ones Lightning wears), Black and Green. All pieces of equipment can be repaired using leather belts, the Mercenary Charmer outfit, the Leather armour or any of the parts of the armour itself. The armour is made for Dimon's Type 3 Berry body.
