Back to the Future: Hill Valley for GTA Vice City
and the Steam train, both the Delorean and the Steam Train can fly as well as go back in time. Unfortunately at the moment this appears to be only changing between different times of the day, although it does include very similar effects to those seen in the films when either reach 88 Mph. Other bonuses include unexpected effects if your car / train is damaged while travelling through time or perhaps the nth dimension.
Back to the Future: Hill Valley is a full conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Back to the Future: Hill Valley will be based on the Back to the Future Trilogy, allowing the player to re-enact all the great moments from the films. While some parts of the story are stretched to make it more enjoyable, we are determined not to stray too far from the original story-line. The people behind this mod want the community to relive the movies and have as much fun in the process as possible. With the outstanding game play of the Sandbox hit, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, in combination with one of the best movies of all time, Back to the Future, this mod is sure to bring countless hours of fun to anybody who enjoyed the movies.
Some of the Features that will be in Back to the Future: Hill Valley are:

Firstly Tommy now has 255 health and armour, he also has inifite ammo and a fast reload so that he can shoot weapons at a fast rate. You can spawn cars, have nitros, change the colours of the car paint and many more items by the click of the button. There are several other features for example, all the roadblocks and gates are now open, and a lot more missions. There are many more features that are listed in the readme, for those that want to give Vice City a new lease of life, try this modification. Please note as this modification overwrites the Main.scm file, it is highly recommended that you back this file up to save you from having to reinstall the game.

New Vice City 2010 (A New Feature Mod)
that will add several new items to Vice City, including a New Bus Station, close and open doors by using space bar or right click, the haitians are now in starfish island so that they will have more action and there are no bridge blockades. This modification also makes all of the missions available from the start and you can buy everything from the start. Also included is a new mansion on Starfish Island where there are weapons, bots and 2 top swats that can be bought for $10,000 as body guards. In addition to the above features there are a lot more including the ability to call taxies, as well as the use of a mobile phone / cell phone additonal help or want a pizza!. The bus part of the route has been extended in that you will now be able to catch a bus between 3 bus stations in the game. There are a lot of features that this mod will give you in Vice City but I won't list them all, as they are all mentioned in the readme below and in the file. Please note it is highly recommened that you back up your main.scm file as if you don't you will have to reinstall your game to fix any problems just in case they happen or you do not like this modification at all. This is the latest updated 2010 version of this mod and contains New Vice City mod, New Vice City 2004, New Vice City 2005 and New Vice City 2007. Gta VC Bodyguard Mod
that will follow you at all times. These bodyguards will spawn with similar weapons to what your own character is holding at the time the bodyguard is spawned (except when your character is unarmed). Although if you use a car and four bodyguards the fourth bodyguard will follow on a bike! Once spawned these bodyguards will follow you everywhere until either they die or you attack them which will cause them to attack you instead. Please note that you will need to start a new game for this modification to function mainly because it alters the main.scm file which will cause any saved games to crash while attempting to load the game. Stunt is about who performs the best stunts and Deathmatch, well, we all know what that means. More chaos and most kills. This version of MTA is a must have for anyone wanting to try Multiplayer Grand Theft Auto, and this version is ALOT more stable then before. Of course, things are not 100% perfect but with a fast server most player's find gameplay to be fairly good. One issue i have myself is my guns not effecting other players, but i tend to get this most when i am running the server (You can download the server utility for MTA from this site) Want to play Multiplayer GTA VC or III? More difficult Missions in Vice City
basically be the same for those missions that are gun fights, and more difficult for those that include destroying targets such as a person or a vehicle. This is recommened for those that have completed the game a long time a go and want a new challenge. Whats more interesting is that these gangs have been added to other areas of Vice City which will cause fights between the different gangs. This will definately add a new random addition to the game where there will be fights almost completely at random, not only that it may make it more difficult as more people will be attacking you in the game. Modern Army - Vice City
includes reskins for the Soldier, Barracks Truck, Helicopter (Apache and Hunter) as well as the Jeep and the Tank (the Rhino). All of the reskins are fairly detailed, well made and look more modern when compared to those in GTA Vice City which is obviously set in the 1980\'s. Highly recommended for any one that would like to see a more modern army in GTA Vice City.

including a police force that looks for the tommy with the normal skin (so you can do anything as long as you don\'t see the police). The Army will actively kill Tommy when ever they see him and there are no more gangs around the city. There is a new mansion to buy in starfish Island where you can buy weapons, boats and 2 top swat people that can be purchased as your bodyguards. You can also buy the mansion with the US flag for $10,000, you can also buy a hunter here as well. There are more missions included and an easier way of opening doors in cars. Since this modification includes a Main.scm file, it is highly recommened that you back up this file as no saved games will work and if you mess up your game you will have to reinstall the game.
