Half Life 2
files compatible for Half-Life 2: episode 2 as well as basic HL2. You can now chose between two camo schemes and 4 eye colors, but if you have installed skins before, you should know that you are not limited to one skin. I.E. you can have urban camo with green eyes in HL2 and have woodland camo with blue eyes in episode 2. I have also put in a file so the combine shotgun trooper looks like the other combine, so if you want to reset him, simply remove the file "combinesoldier_shotgun_noalpha" Note: because of the large number of choices, it is a big download, but the size of the basic file that you will be using is only about 2.66 MBs, so no significant amount of space will be used.
professional commando\'s. This is a good re-skin and for anyone who likes thier npc\'s to look \"Funky\" this is a download for you. Good work.
Urban camo for the half-life 2 rebels. It looks really good when playing with it on Fakefactory cinematic mod, they were the ones who imspired me
internet that replaces the combine elite to the assassin. To install place the materials folder in: C:Program FilesValveSteamSteamApps***youremail***half-life 2hl2
only gripe I have about this skin would have to be the face paint. It just doesn't measure up to the quality of the rest of the skin, and looks decidely odd and out of place, for some reason. Other then that, this is a good quality skin that's well worth a try. -Madcat
files compatible for Half-Life 2: episode 2 as well as basic HL2. v3 adds many changes and improvements as depicted below.
Combine looks great, with the City 17 badge, and detailed, darkened uniform. The only problem I have with that skin is that the Mask/Helmet looks a little strange, being one of the few lighter colors on the entire skin. The Combine Elite just doesn't look all that good. The color arrangement isn't done very well, while the white patchs on the arms stand out TOO much. The blue chest just doesn't really go with the white head. The pants and boots go together well, and look good, except for the part where the armor comes down to the Combine's waist. The last Combine looks arlight, except for his Mask/Helmet. It doesn't appear to have been skinned very well, the same goes for the patches. Again, they stand out too much, and seem to clash with the rest of the uniform. This is a fair skin pack, but only fair.
know what you think.
included in V3. Note: Your input & requests via comments largely determines the content of future version! Post away!
eyes are now green instead of red. The skin works with Half-Life 2 Deathmatch, Garrys Mod 10 and regular Half-Life 2.
FakeFactory Cinematic Pack.
Nice job!
a while ago that I made this, and the comunity that I released this for was well, not al THAT smart. Enjoy!
can see in the screenshot, the eyes, head and radio glow. Nice job!
armour of the combine and has added an \"Alpha\" to the armour as well. It\'s design is sold and this skin will make a good addition to anyone\'s collection.
This is my attempt at a Combine Skin, and I\'m very happy and proud with it. I have done a couple of things to it, as you can see in the screnshots. I think this is one of my best skins, and I am really proud with it. I hope you are as happy with it as I am.
ponder what this skin is suppose to be :P
although a few parts of her look a little odd. The detail is good, as is most of the skin, but as said, the lips and eyebrows look a little strange. The lips have less lipgloss, lipstick, or whatever you want to say the other version had, but they still seem to stand out somewhat from the rest of the face. Other then that, this is a good remake of the Hi-Res Alyx skin for those players that want to stick closer to the original look of the characters of Half Life 2.
also removed some of the crinkles he had in his face.
Barney but keeping as much the High Resolution version. Ness changed the Hair from to the ones used by the Lo Res Barney, and Ness changed his eyebrows and his lips a bit. Ness also removed some of the crinkles he had in his face.
skins VALVe -> For the game (×Þ) Adobe Photoshop -> Used to *edit* the skin ---- All above do not have affiliations with me, or do have a relationship. If any errors occur concerning it not being working in game (instead of wrong textures and blablabla), blame them, not me lol..
you! Half-Life 2, DeathMatch and Garry's Mod Hexed versions are included.
Half-Life2. [*] Added facial animation. - (Author had to buy XSI Foundation because mod tool can't make .vta.) [*] Included whole LOD model needs in game. - (XSI Foundation has no "polygon reduction") [*] High resolution texture materials. - (Author has draw them mostly by photoshop or changed from pictures.)
have also taken in the ideas from other comments, saying the \'Alpha should go on his arm, so I have placed a \'A\' onto his arm in replace of the c17 Logo. I have also bumpmapped the A, so it looks integrated into the armor instead of looking like it has been painted on, anyways, hope you like it.
worth checking out!
you\'re looking for something new.
metal w/ cyan tent) with a dark metal and red highlights. The skin has also been sharpened to bring out the details.
