SoF 2 MP (window) Minimizer
2 can't be minimized nor alt tabbed nor alt enter (unless you change that cvar for alt enter). Anyways, here's the solution! My Kluptux' Whore House (uhm that's an excellent Demolition server) buddy _187_FuriouS_ sent me this small but kick ass utility! Written in Visual Studio 6.0, this application allowes you to minimize the main window for Soldier of Fortune 2 Multiplayer by simply pressing "CTRL+Z" during the game to minimize, and "CTRL+SHIFT+Z" to maximize the window back! All you have to do is run the executable before you launch SoF 2 MP I´m sure we´ll see a future version that will automatically launch SoF 2 MP after launching this nifty utility? The only thing that's a pitty about this utility is that when you minimize your windows resolution is set similar to the game, so most people won´t be able to see their start menu button, task bar, system tray etc. but for people organizing matches that need to be in 2 places at the same time (being IRC and SoF 2 for example) this is the solution, no more alt entering and waiting for the vid_restart :D

symbols. Tupe in the desired MP name with effects and click \'set MP name\' and it\'s done!! It also creates a back-up of your sof2mp.cfg file which you can restore by simplying going into the \'base\\mp\' or if you have the demo \'demo\\mp\' directory and renaming \'sof2mp.cfg_old\' to \'sof2mp.cfg.\' ou can also bind chat messages with ease. Simply type in the desired message with effects, click \'bind message\' and then type in the key that you wish to bind it to. Have fun with it :beer:

reason I made this was because I was tired of having to spectate, or suffer being killed over and over again as I used Alt-Enter to switch to my desktop which took practically forever so I could answer MSN or ICQ. The concept of the \"un-Alt-Tab-able\" game minimizer isn\'t mine. This one is more of an extension to an idea that someone else had, that I thought could be expanded furthur.

You can select \'Open New File After Saving\', that shows you the new html-page immediately. I was scanning around some of my old unfinished programs on my computer and came across this one. I cleaned it up and bit and decided to release a \'beta version.\' If you people like it, I\'ll finish it up, otherwise I\'m not gonna waste my time. Solution To PB Problem
extract from my sof2folder it is the PB folder. Once downloaded you need to make a backup of your current PB folder (incase you mess up) then using winzip, winrar etc which ever you own EXTRACT to your sof2 folder to replace the current PBfolder you should then find that you are able to play on servers with no problems

GtkRadiant 1.2.10 with Soldier of Fortune II support
released by Raven Software so far, it is a complete installation. Many thanks to Riant for putting the elements of the GtkRadiant game pack for this. Some highlights on the changes: - Texture compression is supported (you have to run a card that does support it, with an OpenGL 1.3 driver). This saves a lot of texture memory. Sof2 editing still has important texture memory requirements, we will look into more improvements. - There is a new plugin in RTCW editing to edit .camera files. Very powerful tool, contributed by SplashDamage. - Several updates to the editing media for Jedi Knight II (including Raven's second SDK release), and Star Trek Voyager: Elite Force.
