You can install this bonus pack on any version of UT2004. AS-BP2-Jumpship Be part of the elite team that infiltrated and hijacked the first warp capable Jumpship. AS-BP2-Outback City slickers just took over the outback’s top brewery – get over there pronto and stop the production of their tasteless Zero Beer before it takes over Oz! AS-BP2-SubRosa Fight your way into a Liandri research facility and steal the original plans for the Redeemer. AS-BP2-Thrust A recreation of the infamous destruction of the Saturn IX rocket where a team of rebel fighters launched it unguided and half fueled into hostile waters. CTF: CTF-BP2-Concentrate Tall spires tower over this Capture the Flag battle set on a derelict outpost deep in the Elorean Seas. CTF-BP2-Pistola This twin complex of concrete and metal combines the beauty of nature with the harsh lines of industrial architecture to create a fierce battle arena. Deathmatch: DM-BP2-Calandras The courtyards of Calandras were once beautiful and welcoming. While the Temple’s interiors have been preserved, a new less-inviting use has been found for the exteriors. DM-BP2-GoopGod For centuries the Nali monks managed to keep this sacred burial ground hidden until Liandri satellites discovered the location during a routine satellite sweep. The area was mined, and what remained was converted into a tournament arena, corpses and all. The content from the first bonuspack, also included, is: Onslaught: ONS-Adara ONS-IslandHop ONS-Tricky ONS-Urban Three new vehicles: SPMA (Self Propelled Mobile Artillery) The SPMA is a two person vehicle, with the driver controlling a long range artillery piece. Alt-fire deploys the spotter camera. Enemies will want to shoot down the spotter camera as soon as they see it, to keep the SPMA from raining destruction from afar. An AVRiL at the spotter camera will automatically re-direct toward the SPMA if it ever becomes visible to the AVRiL. Paladin The Paladin is a defense focused vehicle, with a powerful energy projectile cannon and a defensive shield alt-fire. Firing the cannon while the shield is deployed will heavily damage nearby players. Cicada The two-man Cicada ground attack bomber is a powerful weapon against ground targets, but is easy prey for Raptors. The pilot can fire missiles, or use the alt-fire to specify a target. While holding alt-fire, multiple missiles are loaded up, and released when alt-fire is released. These missiles will all track toward the specified target location, so the alt-fire can be used to avoid enemy fire while loading up missiles. The second seat in the Cicada is an energy beam turret located on the belly of the Cicada. Its alt-fire is chaff that can be used to confuse incoming AVRiLs. Six new characters: Mekkor (Skaarj) Mekkor is from the Black Fist Clan, sworn enemies of the Iron Skull Clan. Severely injured in battle, he is testing his new cybernetic armor in the Tournament. Skrilax (Skaarj) Skrilax is from the Black Fist Clan, sworn enemies of the Iron Skull Clan. Alongside his brother Mekkor, he was severely injured while fighting the Iron Skull Clan.\" Barktooth (Iron Guard) Barktooth would rather rip an opponent to shreds with his bare hands than fight from afar. He also finds close range Flak shots very satisfying.\" Karag (Iron Guard) Before joining the Iron Guard, Karag honed his weapon handling skills during a long stint as a Marshall for the Terran Colonial Authority. His style and panache already have the the Tournament audience abuzz.\" Kragoth (Necris) After an absence of several years, the Necris are preparing a return to the Tournament. Known as the \'Star Slayer,\' Kragoth is a dread Necris Phayder assassin. He is rumored to have single handedly killed the entire crew of an ICV Star Cruiser.\" Thannis (Necris) After an absence of several years, the Necris are preparing a return to the Tournament. Thannis is participating to scout the competition.\"

for UT2004, this fan-favorite mode sees teams face-off to defend and attack fortified bases, from fast-moving trains, barreling across an arid alien desert to a Skaarj mother ship, poised to attack the human home world. - Onslaught Mode Onslaught mode takes team combat to the next level! Opposing teams are pitted against each other to capture and hold strategic points in order to attack and destroy the enemy power core. Taking place in massive outdoor environments, here is where vehicular combat comes into its own. The middle power node is the turning point in the game get that your pretty much home free....hopefully ;) Argento is a very good map love the idea one thing I have to say about this map is it is to bright. Power nodes also well placed. Valarna is a very big map this map has to be my favorite ONS map released in the CBP2. Mirage was very fun to play when I was on our server action packed map :). As far as the models go they had some interesting ones Aurora is a Matrix look alike but has totally different features on the body. Well glumpf looks strange can’t explain it...he kind of looks like a snakeish looking creature. GothGirl is a very hot modeled model :) ;) karaash looks like he is the same race of glumpf but this model is green and has a bit different clothing. UT2004 Windows XP Bonus Maps
Packs\". What I am sure of, is that these are naturally two excellent Onslaught maps. [b]Ascendancy[/b] and [b]Aridoom[/b]. [b][i]ONS-Ascendancy[/i][/b] (Screenshots 1-4) This one, I liked. It has that... feel to it. The basic outline is rocky terrain, adorned with fascinating crystal structures and small outposts ready for occupying. There\'s also a small base built in to the hillside, which for some odd reason has a Raptor spawn point in it. Each team also starts with an established base, with a good compliment of vehicles. This is a map built for two large teams, no question about it. The terrain layout, the established bases and outposts, and the vehicles on offer - every specialist plays their role on this one. It\'s warfare, and it\'s not in a very friendly mood. I found over 40 different tactical approaches to taking out the enemy side within my first ten minutes of playtesting. This map will lead to some fun battles, this I can guarantee. No two games on ONS-Ascendancy will ever be the same. [b][i]ONS-Aridoom[/i][/b] (Screenshots 5-8) This one is nowhere near as big as Ascendancy. In fact, it only has three powernodes. Still doesn\'t make the map any less playable, though, it\'s just on a smaller scale. The general summary of Aridoom is two small forts in a desert canyon, with some open ground leading between the two, as well as the remnants of a major roadway. It\'s a small map, but there\'s certainly a good amount of cover to use. I wouldn\'t really recommend playing this with more than 5 players per team, it gets cramped at that point. I can\'t really say much about this one, it\'s pretty standard-issue. Good, but standard-issue nevertheless. Overall, this is a twin-pack that needs to be in the arsenal of any ONS player, for quality and playability if nothing else. ~ Kouen

come from listening to the players and testers - here are some of the highlights for you: - A unique player momentum system, giving an ever-more lifelike feel to movement within the game. The player doesn't just stop and start instantly, but takes a moment to get moving, or to stop. - An item that has long been on the request list: different speeds depending on the direction of movement. The player now slows when strafing or moving backwards, for added realism. - Improved AI for the bots operating vehicles: the driver will stop and go when ordered - and you can order the bots out of the vehicle if you want it all to yourself! - One beautiful new map, never seen before: Baksan Valley - see screenshots below! - With full access to the UT engine, we have been able to throw in some major rendering optimizations. This is showing an improvement of up to 40% in frame-rates on lower-end CPUs. Additionally, a number of the maps have been further optimized for improved performance. - Vehicle movement has been improved: the brakes on tanks now hold the tank from rolling down shallow hills - and they won't "spin" so easily! On top of this, there is a whole bunch of tweaks and amendments to weapon recoil, audibility of footsteps and breathing, regaining of stamina - and many others besides! but not all. I must say, that the new vehicles kick the most possible ass ever. The artillary thing is fun, but very hard to play with. All the recoil in it ruins your shot, but will be good if someone in your clan knows how to use it. The Paladin tank is cool, I use it as a giant shield gun basically. Secondary fire produces a big ass shield in front of the tank, primary shoots some wierd energy blast. I haven't been able to play with the Cicada, but I would imagine it sucks unless you play online. It is a two seater flying vehicle. It isn't as manueverable as the Raptor, but it can dive and climb faster. It has missle that can be launched by the pilot, and the passenger has control over the laser that can shoot down Avril rockets. The maps are nice too, haven't played them much. I will try to review the maps later, I am watching my new Star Wars DVDs.
ArenaMaster Bonus Pack
polished off some high quality maps, made specifically with TAM\'s gameplay in mind. Thanks again too all who entered and contributed to the voting. Winners included the grand prize winner, DM-Moov by \"SlainChild\", DM-Grotto by \"The Third\" awarded best visuals, and DM-Structured by \"Chookwoods\" for best gameplay. You may have already seen some of these maps on various servers, and hopefully now, we\'ll see them on a lot more.
DM-Unreal Ville
Amazing lightning effects. Awful sky... ;) You get what I mean. I'm guessing this wont appeal to people who prefer unreal maps, but this is so much like it could be a real place - it's cool! :D Unfortunately, as with almost every map, there's a slight downer, but fortunately its a small one. The weapons are few and far between, there should really be more of them and stuff. Oh, and the standard of the sky falls short for this map, like I said before. But, well a picture speaks a thousand words. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Check the screenshots, as I'm finding it hard to conjour words which describe my admiration of this map well enough ;) Atmosphere. It makes or breaks a map for me. And nothing adds to a great atmosphere better than great sounds. And the ambience here is great, especially the doors and creaking gates. Those really stood out as amazing additions, reminiscent of silent hill for me. So fix that sky and add some lightning noises instead of just the flash and you will have a perfect map. The FPS remained constatnly good throughout the whole map as well. Oh! And theres a little train running around the map, through back gardens and shrubs (which unfortunately you can't go into :( ) Oh, one last thing. Please let me go into the bar and gardens in the next map - If there's gonna be one! ~Szico VII~

AS-Germania
this through a few times with 10 experienced bots and they take about 7 mins to complete it. Its short and sweet. It may feel to tight in the tent area for many but I like that kind of thing, big wide open spaces do nothing for me, just long distances to run for no aparent reason. I tried lot of time settings for the objectives and these seem to balance out best. I chose the three weapons for specific reasons. And put them where they are for certain reasons, like the Flak cannon kind of helps the attackers towards the end. The Turrets are quite easy to destroy because when they were more difficult they made the attackers life just to hard.As always with my maps there is maybe to much junk laying around, and way to much stuff to get hung up on, but hey thats the way it was back then :) Thanks to Zerstorung for his litte tutorial I couldn\'t have started without it. And ACC for his tips on doing an opening sequence For some reson the screenshot won\'t show in the preview window so as its not that impotant I won\'t worry. my in game settings right now are Gamma 1.10 brightness 50 contrast 50\" Very fun map. No announcer at the beginning to run you through the checkpoints. Can be a bit boring playing with just the bots, but i have added this to our clan server and it is great! It has real sounds from the movie and has a very good feel to the map. Great work!

AS-Castle
must destroy both chains of the frontdoor to reach the inside switch, which open the inner Castle doors. Now again some switches to reach. Therefor you must get up the front towers by using the stairs/lifts or the ladders outside. In the left tower is an optional object, your second spawnpoint, which is located in the middle of the castle. On the right tower is the main object, the switch to open the big tower door. The last hold object is located on the top of the big tower. At the bottom you have first some stairs, then a lift with great jump possibilities and at least you must walk to the top or you can try the way through defenders second spawn (outside ring of the tower) and use the ladder/jumppad outside the tower.
ONS-Toon Country 3.0 Fixed
something in it that is so stupid, it's because it's Cel-Shaded. IF you’ve ever played Zelda: The Wind-Waker you know the kind of style I mean. A friend recommended this map to me a few days ago and I can’t believe I haven’t seen this before somewhere! Seriously, one look at this and I was hooked. The island is so lush and green, and the sea so nicely done you could just stay in the level for ever and ever. That’s how nice this level looks. Sure, the Power Nodes and weapons can look a little out of place, but if you really find that as this map’s worst point then you haven’t got a very strong argument. So, after you’ve gaped at the screenshots for a while, I’ll tell you what the map is like to play. It’s everything an ONS map should be, the Powernode setup works, the bot-pathing is reasonable, and the vehicles and weapons are all placed nicely. The only faults I can find with this map are as follows: Firstly, you can’t go into the sea due to invisible walls Secondly, if you go into the lakes on the land you blow up and die. I am really disappointed with this, I had hoped to go hide down there, but oh well… maybe for a v2? And that’s about the best description I can give. However before I leave make sure you check out the volcano, it looks really nice, as do the mountains… and... yeah, you get my point Oh, one last thing, there’s a small clipping problem around one of the rocks, I’ll mark it on my screenshot. in like one round, but theres no point because nobody else will want to play and the game becomes tired. Also, there is an option which is to do with matches played where players can actually kill each other (i.e not Invasion e.t.c) The problem lies in that if a level 4 player somehow manages to kill a level 200+ player they instantly gain like 200 levels. Admittedly if a Lv.3 player manages to do this then he deserves it, but on a few servers people just let new players kill them and gain a whole load of levels, which is really stupid, as it takes all the fun away. Aside from this though, I can't fault this mod. You (as default) get five points each level you go up, and you go up levels by killing enemies, whether it be Invasion monsters, bots or to a lesser extent, other players. You can spend these points on increasing your player attributes, such as weapon fire rate, health, max ammo limit, weapon damage % and adrenaline max limit. At first if you come up against a level 50+ player you will find it hard to win, especially as they will usually heal faster than you can hurt them. However with a little invasion practise you can catch up and that's why this mod is so great As a final warning however - If you decide to change to amount of points you get per level, you will recieve all the new points you should have had from the previous levels, which is essentialy all the points you have spent , you will be able to spend again. The bad part comes for you and it will piss off your players, if you decide to put the points back down again. Because then you will end up on negative points, and have to work your way through tons of levels to even them out. This is a small flaw which is easily avoided, but just a warning Also included are special abilities which require certain emphasis to be placed on stats, for example, the Regen technique requires at least 15 points to be spent on health. Other techniques include Ultima, (You turn into a redeemer explosion when you die) Resupply (Constant Regen for Ammo) and lots more Have fun, and remember, theres no limit on your Level! Well, heres the version 1.1 of the UT2004 RPG mod. I looked at the readme file and kinda gawped. I didn't even know half those errors existed. Oh well. Anyways, while it's not in the list, I think it's patch compatible now, I remember it started to give me speed hack errors when I downloaded the patch. Oh well smile So what's really new for v1.1 apart from those bug fixes listed in the readme? Well, for me theres two main good changes. Number 1, the default exp you get when killing someone of a higher level has been reduced, so now if you kill a level 4000 player you dont shoot up to level 5000, which to be honest is a welcome change smile Secondly, if you spawnkill, you don't get any points (in modes like assault/onslaught) which again is a nice addition smile I'm not too sure how that works though, maybe killing people within 5 seconds of spawn? Anyways, they're both good additions smile However, whilst the new additions, and not fixes are good, this mod doesn't offer a whole lot more than the first one - perhaps it's not meant to, and it's really just to fix the bugs, but for me I'd have hoped for something a little new, but oh well frown As a final note, If you want to keep you old stats, simply copy your UT2004RPG.ini to another folder, reinstall all the new files and then paste it back in. Sometimes you can just leave the .ini file and it will work, but it didnt show up in the mutator list for me until I removed all the files and then added them again, creating a new UT2004RPG.ini which i had to then replace with my old one. ONS-Tank Wars
one) are very enjoyable. Basically, this is a very small Onslaught Map with a difference. One powernode right in the middle, and a Powercore about 500m away on each side. The problem is that there's also about 12 tanks inbetween each team's powercore *gulp.* I think there should also have been a Leviathan tank that spawns at the middle node, but unfortunately its not my map and I can't do anything about it. So basically with a lot of people you get carnage - and It's really fun. The problem is that nobody will ever win unless the teams are really small or 1-sided. Usally this ends up with me getting bored and leaving after at least 30mins. Also theres not too much detail on the ground flooring, and from a high view it seems a little empty - but what the hell, that's not what counts in this map :) All I can say it try it, but prepare to be frustrated. One last point. Due to the amount of vehicles this map is pretty heavy on CPU and FPS, so be warned. Good work here Tristan Griffith, can't wait to see more from you :D ~Szico VII~

Here are a few of the changes i made, better lighting, better emmiters that work online, finished the incomplete movie sequence at the beggining, added better vehicles (as well as defense vehicles for defenders) and better gameplay. This is one crazy map filled with vehicles and super weapons, i really hope you enjoy it!

I did not bot path it but the bots seem to find things just fine i.e. jump pads, teleporters and weapons if you turn them up high enough, they don\'t navigate everything but enough to give a good fight.
Army Weapons
like the shock rifle or the link gun. Also, the original existing UT2004 weapon models are used for the new weapons. These are really the only cons about this mod, and they are not really anything that will ruin the fun factor of this mutator. On the pro side, the default weapon is powerful, and the other weapons are good as well. The accuracy of the weapons also is dependent on what stance you are in (crouched, standing, or moving), but even in the moving stance, the weapons are pretty accurate. Some of the weapons have clips, but the mutator lacks a reload feature to were you can bind a key to reload those weapons before the clip is empty, a con that can somewhat ruin the fun factor of the mutator. Otherwise, the mutator is very stable, at least on my computer, and and is not too hard to use, so you should have a good time with this mutator. I would recommend this mutator to anyone looking for a mutator or mod for real weapons (shotguns, machine guns, etc.). Note: I am not sure if the Developer's E-mail in our description is still valid. ONS-Urban Strike
excellent and quite frankly this map looks and feels brilliant, but the FPS sucks. Bad FPS =game lag. Which is a huge disappointment because the rest of this map is quite simply stunning. The only thing i can suggest is to perhaps get a city skybox, so that it seems larger? :) The map itself is for Onslaught, and there are powernodes and teleporters. The cool thing is the teleporters. You see, they look exactly like the nodes, so at a first try I found myselft ending up of roofs when all i wanted was to get a powernode! Its annoying at first but servers as a nice feature once you get to recognise them. I believe they\'re colour coded too. So yeah, theres also a train/monorail track running around the arena, with lots of tanks and raptors to mess around in. Perhaps next time you could improve FPS and make a monorail actually go around thet track? That would be awesome :D What else can I say - I\'m disappointed about the FPS, because this makes it hard to play online, and yes I do have a decent GFX card. Apart from that though this map is amazing, although it is a little smaller ingame that it seems in the screenshots. :( ~Szico VII~

is the built in cache manager. It takes files in your UT2004 cache folder and puts them into the proper folders so you can use them offline. The other great feature is the file compresser/decompressor. If you are a server admin this is a must have just for this feature. It allowes you to compress your maps, skins, etc. without having to do it through the dos prompt. It also allows you to decompress .uz2 files without using dos. And for all of you hardcore clans out there, it has a demo manager built in. So when you are reviewing the demo of your last clan match you can do it with ease.

You can set the Zombies to be very aggressive as well. When a Zombie dies, he drops a pickup (such as health packs, shield pack, udamage, etc..), according to a "dropping probabilty" which can be set in the mutator's options. You can allow a "special dropping", which is meaning that in a configurable percent of cases a killed Zombie drops a "special" and also configurable pickup (XWeapons.RedeemerPickup as default). You can optionally allow Zombies to gib up violently and eventually explode, upon death. WOOT!!! The "gibbing probability" is configurable as well as the explosion damage, radius, damage type, emitter and sound. Ah!... and enjoy the new game-type I called "Skulls Invasion" !!! "Skulls Invasion" is the name of the new game-type where humans have to fight against an evil order of Skeletons!!! The Skeletons' properties are all set in order to the skill you choose in the mutator option panel.

and opened one of the Exion maps. The maps are remakes of original UT2004 maps, but with some massive changes. The ones that have the ONS-Exion prefix have destructable buildings. While this is nothing like what one would see in Red Faction, it is still fun to hop in a tank and blast the hell out of a wall instead of going around. The destructableness is pre-programmed, so it isn\'t as pretty as I expected. I thought, from what the readme said, that it was fully destructable buildings. Most of us, in ONS games, use the link gun to help speed up the building of nodes in those times of dire need. Well, there is no link gun in this. That upset me greatly. The weapons system is somewhat different, you start with the shield gun and the regular assault rifle, but when you hit up a weapon locker, you get all the guns available. When you switch to your assault rifle again, you drop the original assault and get the Exion Assault Rifle (or whatever it is called). Which is basically the same thing with what seems to be a huge boost in power on the damage side. You also get a Exion Assault Rifle Pro (don\'t quote me on the weapon names). This gun is the assault rifle, but with no grenades, a scope, extra power, and huge amounts of recoil. The order of the weapons is changed for no apparent reason and any weapon that is energy based is gone. So no Shock Rifle, no Link Gun, no Ion Painter, etc. I don\'t know if it was just me, but it seemed that the assault rifles were MUCH better to use than the other weapons. Ah, now on to the bugs. I am no beta tester that can find a tiny 2 pixel tear in the map, but these were bugs that litterally bugged the crap out of me. (I gotta clean my pants after this review.) The assault rifles shouldn\'t be as powerful as they are. With the pro rifle (or whatever the new one is called), I can tear through a power node with a full clip and still have some ammo to kill about 10 guys. Since it takes only 2-3 shots to kill someone with it. When you have the scope enabled on that pro assault rifle, there is no recoil, when you don\'t have it scoped, don\'t expect to hit much. The way the buildings break is terrible, I can shoot it with a rocket or an AVRIL and it doesn\'t break apart. Shoot it with the assault rifle for a few secs and it breaks nicely. The only thing that broke them easily is the tank. Another thing, I don\'t know where the maker of this mod lives, but I have never seen a tree the size of a tank bend like the trees in these maps do. All in all, I wish I could have the maps with all their break-up action and not have the crappy re-work of the weapons. I enjoy blowing up buildings and hiding behind crates and boxes that I can push around (I am just so strong). But the weapons modifications are gonna scare me away from these maps. Seriously, no link gun on Onslaught? What the hell can you be drinking that will make you do that? So download this mod if you can deal with what I consider terrible weapon modifications. PS. If there are typos or spelling errors. I don\'t care, it is 12:07 AM and I was bored so I felt like writing a review for this since my mom is a *bleep*-ing *bleep* that sucks on *bleep* and decided to take away my internet when she isn\'t around.

long break to play the game a lot and try to re-learn the workflow of UT2004. I slaved over this thing, learning a few new techniques, and a few new tricks which are all over the place. I tried to contain every sort of gamestyle I know of, close-quarters, long range, camping, so on and so forth. It went through 5 alpha stages, several beta stages, and hundreds of re-conceptulizations. This right now, is my masterpiece. Enjoy!

This gives the opportunity to get in the enemy base undetected. The AI of the bots is perhaps a bit on the low side. They did not even hit me most of the time, but who wants to play with bots anyway. Considering the size of the map i\'d say 12 or perhaps even 16 players.

But if you want the file in umod format now, here it is:) ~Szico VII~ ChaosUT2: Evolution (also known as \'ChaosUT2\', or \'CUT2004\') was developed by Chaotic Dreams, and is a free modification (commonly referred to as a \'mod\') of the popular retail game Unreal Tournament 2004, which was created by Epic Games and Digital Extremes. Chaos is a mod with a very long history (at least as far as mods are concerned). The original Chaos was made for Quake2 (ChaosDM for Q2), and that version was eventually included on the retail CD called \'Extremities\'. The Chaos team then moved on to Unreal Tournament and produced ChaosUT, which was later included on the retail CD released by Epic Games called the \'Unreal Tournament Game of the Year Edition\'. The next version was for UT2003, for which Chaos recieved 1st place honors for Best Mutator, in Phase 1 of the MSU Contest. And finally we come to this version, for Unreal Tournament 2004, which has every indication of becoming the biggest, funnest, and highest quality version of Chaos ever. Chaos has been designed to be as flexible and as compatible as was reasonably possible. Which is why we have provided a \'mutator\' version of our \'mod\'. Simply so that Chaos can be played and enjoyed in ALL standard UT2004 game types, in addition to most custom game types, and even when combined with many other mods and/or mutators. However, Chaos does in fact also come with it\'s own complete game types, each with full bot support, and each fully functional in online play. And it is important to note that some Chaos features (ie: melee weapons) are only available thru these Chaos game types, and not thru our mutator. ChaosUT2 can perhaps be referred to as \'a mod for those who like the game they bought\'. In other words, we make no attempt at a \'total conversion\', something that takes possibly the greatest FPS game yet, and turns in into something completely different. That is not our vision. KOS-MOS
compared to this in-game rendered version. What struck me initially, was that this mode shares the same style as XenoAisam's PASKAL models, rather than being as accurate to KOS-MOS as possible. Which is okay, I guess, completing the set and all that. Just doesn't feel too KOS-MOSsy. Anyway, KOS-MOS goes through four forms throughout Xenogears, allegedly. She's an armored android with built-in weapons (sorry, no sword-arm in UT2004 though). Etc, etc, okay, it's a confusing backstory if you haven't played the game. Basically, picture an armored human female, in a revealing outfit typical of most animes, in the same chibi style as the other PASKAL models. Or just check the screenshots. The content from the first bonuspack, also included, is: Onslaught: ONS-Adara ONS-IslandHop ONS-Tricky ONS-Urban Three new vehicles: SPMA (Self Propelled Mobile Artillery) The SPMA is a two person vehicle, with the driver controlling a long range artillery piece. Alt-fire deploys the spotter camera. Enemies will want to shoot down the spotter camera as soon as they see it, to keep the SPMA from raining destruction from afar. An AVRiL at the spotter camera will automatically re-direct toward the SPMA if it ever becomes visible to the AVRiL. Paladin The Paladin is a defense focused vehicle, with a powerful energy projectile cannon and a defensive shield alt-fire. Firing the cannon while the shield is deployed will heavily damage nearby players. Cicada The two-man Cicada ground attack bomber is a powerful weapon against ground targets, but is easy prey for Raptors. The pilot can fire missiles, or use the alt-fire to specify a target. While holding alt-fire, multiple missiles are loaded up, and released when alt-fire is released. These missiles will all track toward the specified target location, so the alt-fire can be used to avoid enemy fire while loading up missiles. The second seat in the Cicada is an energy beam turret located on the belly of the Cicada. Its alt-fire is chaff that can be used to confuse incoming AVRiLs. Six new characters: Mekkor (Skaarj) Mekkor is from the Black Fist Clan, sworn enemies of the Iron Skull Clan. Severely injured in battle, he is testing his new cybernetic armor in the Tournament. Skrilax (Skaarj) Skrilax is from the Black Fist Clan, sworn enemies of the Iron Skull Clan. To get to the superhealth - health - udamage you have to use the teleports. There are jumppads to insure a fast gameplay, witch is important in these kinds off maps. Best played with 4 till 10 players. Well, enough said, start it and become part off a real fragfest ! Don,t forget to duck ! And run as fast as you can !
Super Mario UT
features of the stage are included. The pipes, the platforms, the blocks, even the fort at the end. Layout is standard of a 2D-3D conversion - it runs from one end to the other like an alleyway. One small terrain issue I found is that you\'ll need to either boost yourself over the hills, or use a lowgrav mutator. Weapon placement is all well and good, although gameflow suffers a little because of it since the map is generally a one-way thing, so gathering ammo isn\'t easy. That\'s fine if you don\'t expect the kind of game provided by wider, more open maps, but some may find the linearity to be a bad thing. The textures are all photosourced, so they\'re not particularly high-res. They get the job done, though, so no worries there. Also included is the Mario model by Mike Bastianelli, for your enjoyment. ~ Kouen

weapons, gameplay, visuals and pretty much everything else, but, on the overall, it's still a kamikaze-run from one side to the other: no cover, defense... The pace and coordination are your best friends while in there - one wrong step and you'll find yourself falling to your death, unable to reach a few vital inches to a piece of solid ground - right alongside with any bots that happen to be nearby, which seem to consider cliff-jumping to be the most joyful of all activities. ~ Draco *NOTE* This is identical to the CTF-Freefall map, however this version is designed for the Bombing Run gametype.

Jango and Boba Fett
There may be a new version of this file in the future...possibly a joint effort with Mars. Boba Fett: I've used elements of a skin made by Cev Lost, who made a outstanding effort to improve the original Mandalorian armor. I've spen hours doing color correction on these skins, but tried to leave the original armor scratches intact. I've also created custom shaders to give the armor a nice metallic effect. The original character that Cev Lost created, called Korbain Thor, wore primarially red armor. I've changed that back to a more natural green color for Boba Fett and made his pack red and green instead of mostly red. Jango Fett: I've made Jango the the way I would invision him and how he may appear in the Clone Wars. I've toned down the blue color clothing and helmet colors and gave him a more "metallic" feel. I think too many of the Jango models out there feature skins that appear to "cartoonish", rather than making them look more natural. Both Models: The models use several textures as I've re-UV mapped each model. I originally had the model down to two textures, but later discovered that I could still play on-line just fine with multiple textures. So, I used my original 4 textures instead of two. I had to use a separate texture for the chest decal. I orginally combined all textures into two textures, but the decal wouldn't display correctly. The problem is, the decal uses transparancy and I couldn't seem to make a shader that contains the body, hands and decal as a single texture. Hence the separate decal texture. I think the decals could be more accurate and Boba has two shoulder decals, which isn't really the way it's supposed to be. Jango's chest decal isn't in the movie either...as far as I know. Anyway, I thought the decals looked cool. Sounds: Well, sounds for these two bounty hunters are hard to come by since they rarely talk anyway. I'd have to make them my self, which would take some time to do. So...no sounds for now. I may create a sound pack in the future. [/quote]

ONS-Torlan [Phoenix Paradise]
Paradise is at its core, Torlan, but with a difference. Being an Ion Tank fanatic, I can\'t help but love this map, especially as I haven\'t seen another map aside from the sssault one with it in, although It\'s a shame they automatically blow up if you leave them for about 10 seconds! :( There\'s also a rather excessive amount of Pheonix painters -hence the name, however I think 10 is perhaps a slight bit too much, especially as they respawn very quickly for superweapons. Theres now 2 redeemers on one of the middle towers. Yes you heard me, ONE of the middle towers, because there\'s now four! Its a nice touch, although I\'m a bit disappointed they all look the same.. :( The thing about this is that is is Torlan in a way, but its just different too, I spent a while looking around and very few areas looked the same, but perhaps this was just because of the towers, perhaps not, but still I find it a welcome change. There is a Leviathan at each base, and an extra 3 Mantas, and an Ion tank. Fun fun fun. :D And thats about it. It can get quite laggy with a lot of people playing, which is an extreme disadvantage, but this is due to the extreme wealth of vehicles in the map. If you plan on doing this again, perhaps make it more original and remove some of the target painters, make them ion painters. And that\'s about all I have to say on the matter. I\'m not going to go on about it not being the author\'s own work, and yes I do agree that the author doesn\'t deserve all the credit, but at least give him a break from any abusive comments, especially if you havent pklayed this map, because it really IS fun :) Oh, and one last thing - why aren\'t there any vehicles on the top area above the middle node?! Do you know how annoying it is to be up there without a vehicle! Also, check out the screenshots for more info. ~Szico VII~

map has it\'s own theme, and I found no two to be alike. You can tell, no doubt, that a lot of time and thought was put into this pack! Here are some map descriptions from the author... CTF-KG-Decrepit On a planet covered in city, there are bad parts of town, and then there are BAD parts of town. Built on the cheap by corporate giants, sector 34 was never meant to last long, and the only remaining structures of any value are the com towers that still burn bright to the sky. The once booming light industries housed there have moved on to more profitable places, and the inescapable rusting ferrocrete now houses more crime lords political dissidents than real workers. Crime is not just a way of life here, it\'s a religion. The winners get to leave this place. And the losers? Well, you aren\'t one of *those* people, are you? I sure hope not. CTF-KG-Chill The only thing that\'s colder than the average temperature up here are your relations with the other team. Give them a warm welcome.... CTF-KG-RGB RGB gas processing facility was never in red numbers. Owning company - RGB United - can\'t know what the problem is because Rubingas and Bigryum are extremely valueable. And RGB United is also the only company who posses the secret of how to trasform Garnitum into these two precious substances. Transformation process however requires regular breaks at night... and here came the Liandri with the idea to use the facility for their bloody sport. RGB facility is well-suited for CTF because of its shape. And spectators love to see people falling into the Garnitum too. Of course - Tournament Lease for night costs something... and yes, RGB United really can\'t know what the finacial problems are about. 2 maps left without a description are DM-KG-Vega and ONS-KG-LunarSurvey. Vega is a multi-level map intended for 2 players, though I found room for 4. It has an indoor/outdoor theme inside vegetation covered caverns. LunarSurvey I found to be quite impressive, especially the transportation! If your teammates hog all of the vehicles - not to worry! There is a network of motorized platforms that will transport you all over the lunar base. Unlike most ONS maps, each power node station is pretty much unique, and the power core bases are beautifully built. Hope to see this one on some ONS servers. TR_Relic

this plasma sniper rifle. I\'ll be more descriptive this time...this rifle fires balls of plasma at a high rate of speed - leaving your victim in flaming bits. It also has a fair amount of recoil that can also inflict damage on the player. The HUD is nicely done, and looks more like a special OPS type of weapon. The new version offers many configurable options. These include: rate of fire, amount of recoil, recoil damage to the player, arena style or sniper only replacement, and inaccuracy mode when running. The previous version was TOO accurate, so these new options make the weapon much more enjoyable. You\'ll have to experiment with the weapons settings to get the desired effect. Some of the options are very touchy as far as their numeric values. The screenshots of the configuration screen should work for most situations, but set the weapon up as you wish :P I\'m glad to see this new version ... nicely done ... add this one to your weapons collection! deathmatch level has room for about 12 players, though I found it to be challenging with only 6 bots. You'll wear out your keyboard dodge jumping behind tons of obstacles, or you won't live long! There are plenty of places to take cover at ground level, but the best tactic is to think vertically. Grab the ion painter and you'll make one heck of a mess from above! There's lots of eye candy in this map, from the awesome skybox view to the custom emitters. Nice job! ~ Relic
~[TR]~Relics ONS Map Pack
[b][i]ONS-TR-Europa[Final][/i][/b][/u] Finally, an Onslaught map with a moon theme. For those not in "the know", Europa is the smallest of Jupiter's moons. The map has ample space for wide-scale combat, and a wide degree of variation in the rocky terrain. This gives plenty of room for vantage points and risky vehicle maneuvers in the heat of battle, adding that extra edge to the game. Sadly, I only saw one chokepoint, but it's a great defensive asset for the red team. Powernodes themselves are, for the most part, located in towers. Each tower contains a teleport point leading to the top, allowing for a nice sniper ledge and a hard-to-gain powerup spot. The powernodes are easily defendable, provided you properly garrison the towers, but at the same time any suitable defense can be counterattacked. The defense-offense balance is well-stricken. Architecturally, there are a few points of contention. The base layout, for one. The upper level in the bases are severely underused. Not that it's a bad thing, I just felt that more could have been done with them. The terrain fits the purpose, but it doesn't have too many elements which have an impact on gameplay. One thing I generally look for in maps, is maps that will have a certain twist to how the game is played, and compared to Relic's other maps, I just feel that this one is a little less unique. The map is almost glitch-free, but I did find one little thing that could be considered "glitchy". Spider mines don't handle the terrain well. Actually, that's an understatement, they don't handle the terrain at all. Hardly Relic's fault, though. In summary, a classy ONS map with a theme that hasn't been done too many times before. I had fun just driving around on it in the Scorpion, and had a blast when I tried it in botmatch. I expect to see this one on quite a few ONS servers. [u]2. [b][i]ONS-TR-TheIsles[/i][/b][/u] Ah hah! [i]Now[/i] we get back to Relic's uniqueness theme, and we get back to it with style. Personally, I love this map. Maybe because I generally like aerial combat, but probably because it's a whole new challenge for me. Anyway, that's enough babbling. What's in this map, you ask? Each team has a cruiser for a base. It's carrying three Cicadas and four Raptors, as well as some turrets, weapons, and the powercore. The powernodes are hidden on three islands, which you must reach by air. Once you've taken an island, you can also unlock the Manta, which works as a hovercraft due to it's nature. Don't think of taking a swim, or you're finished. The map is impressively wide. I sure hope y'all have a good sense of direction. Teamwork is a necessity. If you want to get anything done, you're gonna need those Cicadas with their heavy firepower, which means you hot-shot Raptor pilots are flying escort. Mantas are good for little other than scouting, since the Raptor missiles will wipe them out. There are a few graphical problems, mostly due to the size of the map. Seems UT2004's vis range doesn't stretch that far, and things just don't look good when fading in from the horizon. I also spotted a few minor clashes, mostly on the islands, where the water sometimes pops up through the rocks. No big deal, though. A unique map with a unique style of play. Definitely one you'll be wanting to try. [u]3. [b][i]ONS-TR-Transmission[/i][/b][/u] This map has already been hosted here seperately. For a full review, check [file="75022"][u]this page[/u][/file]. CTF-ANTHEM2004 BETA 1: The first version (probably only one for a while, too) of yet another remake of my original Anthem. Anthem and its first remake (AnthemEvolution) were a hugely popular staple of the UT2003 Files Wicked Game Server back in the UT2003 days. After playing it, it\'s easy to see why: white-knuckle, in your face, intense action with a strong emphasis on teamwork. The bases have 4 outside entrances but only 2 ways into the flag room, so you MUST cooperate in order to survive. All the awesome weapons are again easily available so that anyone can kick arse from the moment they spawn and everyone is on an equal playing field, so that true skills determine who comes out on top. This is my most beautiful and best playing map ever, and I\'m sure you\'ll love it. BR-DRD-FLARIZED v2: This map, a relic of the days when IG BR was still cool, is still played online occasionally. It\'s basically the same popular Flarized with two important differences: a new sniping room above each goal and an awesome jungle makeover. Other than that, a typical IG-oriented BR map. BR-REMNANTFINAL: My 2nd ever BR map was anxiously received by my IG BR playing buddies in UT2003 when it first came out, but a horrible bug was exposed: the skybox had a HOM effect! AHH! It took me 3 versions to fix it (along with some humiliation), but now it is finally fixed. This is a typical IG BR map (another relic from the good old days), but with a really cool junkyard theme and a general feeling of loneliness that pervays throughout the map. To speak for how fun this map is in IG BR: even with the terrible HOM bug, the earliest version of this map was still played and loved to death back in UT2003 on certain servers. Fun stuff for a bit of nostalgia. [/quote]

well, it´s because my heart was not really in it towards the end but I hope you will enjoy it anyway. Basically the Proximans are testing a new type of interceptor which will threaten the supply lines between Earth and Alpha Centauri. Your mision:- you are transported onto the moon of Proxima to destroy the test lab computer which holds all the data and information about this interceptor called the \"K-13 Shark\". Once destroyed you must get off the moon and board a Proiman Mothership and destroy the cloaking device so you can be detected and rescued before the Proximans are able to strike back.

Well lets just say the negotiations didn\'t work out, the tournament decided earth would be a nicer place without the inhabitants and so they crushed the humanoids of earth. Earth and FalloutField are now Official Property of Tournament. Welcome to the sh%tt%$st place in the galaxy, but WOW! I\'ve got to hand it to the earthlings for putting together one hell of a track. it's settings (in fact, as well as multiple players match). It also features one of the most peculiar and [i]real[/i] graphical environments, as well as challenging landscape: balancing on top of the fallen tree, jumping from one branch to another, crossing vast spaces underwater, taking advantage of the folds of the landscape and tree-tops high above... There's also a timed weapon locker in there. Overall, a nice and original map with fewer flows.

BR The Cage
from the conecting storage and dressingrooms gave the competators the ability to make stylish entrances. Unfortunately the owner of the establishment went bankrubt and the arena was sold and turned into a warehouse. Though the renovation the arena didn\'t change mutch and the infamous text in the dressingrooms was untouched. A few years went and the latest owner also went short on cash. Ironically the previous owner had gotten back on his feet again and bought the arena back. He had too small funds to get it back in bussiness but he knew that Liandri Corp was interested in purchasing it. After some agreements the owner drove away with a transportvehicle full of cash and the new owner started to renovate their new investment. Some of the supplies were left from the arena\'s warehousedays but Liandri decided too keep them. New lights and other necessary equipment were installed and the killing started once more, to a well paying crowd, in the arena were there is no escape..

AS Deek Spacestation
into such can supply more power than a station will ever need. The problem? Will that becomes a matter of physic\'s, balancing an every increasing gravitational force with anti-gravity power nodes. The Station must first be built just outside the event horizon. Once completed, the station is pushed over the Event Horizon, and over the next year the anti-gravity power nodes will be slowely built up and balanced against the increasing measured gravity of the Black Hole. The descent will continue until a measured distance is achieved, to fully power the station. Of course such a station would have signifficant power advantage and weapon capability to defend itself. Hence spacestation1 of this construction does find itself under attack often, and there are considerations with the Black Hole so close as to what weapons can be use. This time the attacking ship was mistaken for an asteriod due to is size and its behaviour under the Black Holes influence.

it reminds me of :) I really enjoyed the scenery in this map. It is meant for one on one, and is therefore relatively small for a map (I wish this was bigger) but what is here is amazingly well done. The little windows up in the rooftops and the gargoyles add this cool feeling as you run around, and the full moon skybox just polishes off a nearly-perfect look. Eyecandy aside, this map plays pretty decently too. It's setup in a similar way to the Epic DM 1on 1 maps, with similar weapons and similar kind of places. The layout seems familiar too. If there is to be another map like this, I would enjoy an Onslaught map based in a small town like this, or maybe an Assault. Maybe it's me, but I enjoy maps which dont fit the 'theme' of the game, and this map makes the game seem much more relaxed and peaceful. You know at night when you're on holiday and you can hear crickets like buzzing and stuff? Well the ambient sounds make it feel almost exactly like that :) If anyone has ever been in Amsterdam at night, you'll understand what I mean :D ~Szico VII~

Remote Strike 2004
guns on Onslaught I was fairly surprised to hear “tacky” sounds when I fire, they aren’t as clear as the ones that came with Unreal Tournament. However the looks of all the guns are really graphical, no pixels or un-clearness, they look as good as the default ones. Even so when firing with some of the bigger weapons, I found my character being forced backwards from the force, making it almost impossible to run and fire, as you go as slow as a slug! If you stand still and fire, you get your gun going up in the air, and to the right, so it makes aiming hard as well. The red target is a good idea; it makes the hard aiming a little easier. The icons at the bottom of the screen, from where you choose what weapon you want to use, are all out of place, the Pistol is to the left of the box, and the big guns or the weapon with the Knife, the icons are far too big, and take up about 1 and a half boxes, making the whole thing hard to see. On certain weapons the ammo icon with the amount of ammo underneath, is chopped off the screen, and is very un-clear to see. The very good thing about this mod is the fact that it doesn’t make your game laggy in anyway. The actual idea of the weapons included are very good, they all have a strong secondary fire, and take away a proper amount of health, so they are not instant kills. The left click fire is about the same power as the default weapons, if not a little more or less, making things a little different, therefore creating an exciting game. Overall this weapon mod is a really good thing to have on your game, and because it is a mutator you don’t always have to use it. Apart from the fact that it makes your character jump back, and makes the screen shake a lot, it’s a handy tool to making a better match. This mod is worth downloading! ~Szico VII~ ~Mike~

ONS-Highland
definitely the right kind of size (think Torlan) but getting from one node to the other, especially with a lot of bots or players can be exceptionally difficult. The vehicles in this map are so few and far between that it became a chore to get where I wanted to. Same goes for weapons.. Geez, all I wanted was a link gun and could I find one? Could I hell. Aside from that, the terrain is okay - Theres quite a few hills and castle-type areas for the powernodes, but apart from that its just flat with a few trees sprinkled here and there. Finally, the grass looks very oversized. I think when the author applied it he stretched it too much, because it definitely was blurred. Aside from all this bad stuff just think - Hey! We got ourselves a new Onslaught Map! :) And admittedly it can be just as fun as any other map when you've got a vehicle and weapons. The only problem is if you dont have these (chances are you wont) then it becomes tedious and boring. Just add some more vehicles spawns and weapon lockers and I'll be a very happy reviewer :) ~Szico VII~

RUSS Map Pack
little reminded of a soccer pitch but then that's an obvious one. The map's design is rather simple, using mostly basic shapes in it's construction. Not that it's a bad thing entirely because you'll likely be too busy keeping your eyes on the field of play to notice. Some touches that were missing which I personally feel would've livened the map up a little include maybe using the 'sky screens' to show either camerashots of play, or scores in a similar manner to the Morpheus map. I didn't think much of SkyStadium as a VCTF map but as a BR map it makes for a very nice brawl when all you've got on your side is your ability to make it past the enemy team. DM-UNDERGROUND is also a wide, open brawler map. Plenty of health around the central walls, plenty of ammo on the outskirts, and a double damage powerup in the center which is essentially a terminator powerup, depending on your choice of gun. There's a bit of stealthy assassination involved in this map, however, as anyone who escapes the main melee is teleported to the shadowed upper edges, where they can snipe away unseen. I felt the lighting around ground level was a bit strong, and the map itself is rather empty, but then again that's what makes it so dangerous. DM-Survey. I guess the best way to sum this one up is "five towers, five thousand headshots". Each tower has several floors, which can be used for close combat, or passing through to reach the sniper nests at the top. These nests have only one entrance and are easily defendable, so without at least a bit of teamwork a skilled sniper could pick off the entire map's populace with ease. The map claims it is tailored towards 50 players, which shows in it's scale and emptiness. DM-OverTheEdge. This one's quirky. The game area consists of several raised pedestal platforms, with varous powerups dotted around on said pedestals. Arguably the safest place to be is the highest ground, as there's only two lines of attack to defend - however, the lowest pedestal being one of them isn't as easily defendable since it has a jump pad and the double damage. It's a basic map but very fun to play. Very different. The final three maps all fall into the VCTF category, the first being Face4. This map suggests a 32 player max population and it's pretty believable. Military CTF is probably a better term. RUSS carries on the tradition of simple construction here too, with the layout being a simplified version of Facing Worlds for use with vehicles. Players are much more susceptible to sniper fire in this interpretation though, as there's very little cover. The ion plasma tanks are fun for a dogfight, even if they are somewhat tricky to work with. VCTF-RUSSFaceFE is essentially a tweaked version of the former map. Night-time skybox, the flying infoscreens from SkyStadium forming a new midfield platform to snipe from, and Goliaths and Paladins replacing the ion plasma tanks. VCTF-SandyWay shows an evolution in RUSS' mapping style, using more complex terrain and prefab configurations. Desert, temples for bases, lot of dunes, you get the idea. With the size and open feel of this map, if you've got a big game going down, lots of players, this is a very good map for it. The limited visibility and lack of cover makes it hard to get the drop on an enemy, with both attack and defense becoming harder. As far as criticisms go I'd point out that the sand texture could do with being more defined, from medium to long distances it just appears as a flat color, but that's minor. Overall a solid collection of maps. They're not flashy but they sure do get the job done, you'll have fun playing some of them if not all of them. This pack also gives quite a bit of insight into RUSS' development as a modder, with the detail levels of these maps ranging from beginner to intermediate and showing a good degree of consistency along the way. ~Mikouen
KF-Mahloeeh-One
zombies. Around the player spawnpoint is a trader and a litter of weapons and ammo, from both KF and UT2004. There's also a Scorpion off to the side. From a gameplay aspect the map works well enough, although the one spawn point for zombies and the infinite ammo (and drastically powerful) UT weapons means that there's essentially no way to lose besides playing an all-Fleshpound game on Expert mode. In fact, it's possible to win just by sniping from the start point with the ASMD. The Scorpion is a nice touch, though it's recommended to leave it for expert drivers, as it's tricky to maneuver in tight spaces. While the level itself is basic enough to not have any real bugs, there's one notable bug in the overall product. Two pre-spawned player entities have been left in there, which will take up two server slots before any players have joined. ~Mikouen
DM Pandora's Box
better than he expected. There were three main challenges when making this map. It took a while to get the look and lighting of the inside of the box right. It took some time to get the map preview to work right., and it took a [b]week[/b] to get the bot pathing bug-free. But here it is, the final creation, and the author is content. This makes a good 6-8 player arena. By the way, the author left out preview shots of the inside of the box on purpose! Download and find out. ;)
RUSSFace-FE
bridges that can be camped to stop all the enemies from capturing your flag. The bases are built on platforms that form a pyramid. This pyramid does not have walls, so it is easy to traverse and guard from enemies. Vehicles will also be there to help you slang the enemy flag and get back out quickly. Throughout the map, the view is amazing! Seeing the Earth from such a high view makes any player enjoy this map just a little more.
DM-S3M Metallica
is a bridge that connects two parts of the map. On the bridge, bursts of blue flames spew out for a rock effect. There are small buildings that also accompany the map. These buildings have Metallica paraphernalia in them. Both buildings have a homey atmosphere with computers, couches, and televisions in them; definitely something Metallica would have in their game room. The terrain is pretty well done. There is a presence of green grass through most of the map except near the hilly areas which boast a cliff terrain. The small houses could use a little bit more detail. It seems that all in them are luxuries and have big open areas of nothing! In the small houses, you will find a lot of weapons and power up. Camping in there would definitely be a good strategy.
Stealthy Skins
away, as it is a black robot. It features sharp edges and a detached but connected body as one would expect a robot to look like. BlackHawk features black armor with red lights on the head. It looks very sleak and futuristic. Shadow is more of a commando featuring many cargo pockets and heavy, bulky armor. All of these skins will work with team colors. Since the author does not know how to make them work online, you will have to make your own file to allow it to be played online. Only with these skins will you truly become stealthy.
ONS-Hyrule
the world of Hyrule. The main attraction, the castle, stands large and proud. Players can see the castle throughout the map, making the player feel small and making one feel like they are there. Other regions are a housing section, a windmill wall, and a structure overseeing the volcano among other regions that aren't highlighted here. It is basically unavoidable to not walk underneath the hands at some point. There are switches to control the hands on the second level of the main structure. This is another UC2 remake map, 1 of 2 currently released to the public created by myself. All 3D assets creted by me for either this map in particular, or other projects yet to be released. Your are not to use anything from this map as a basis or any part of any other map. I think the original UC2 version was creted by Ryan Brucks (Ictus). I could be wrong about that though. I seem to recall a story of him recounting the construction of the map during the UC2 development, and sat=ying it took him 2 days. I also aimed to do that same thing, and met my goal. Hope you enjoy smashing your way to victory!!!! UT2k4evar!!!

pack. Sushi is oriental themed, and reminds me a lot of some of the far east themed maps from UT3. Built for up to about 10 players, the temple has an immense network of hallways, stairs, corridors - all criss-crossing over each other. The foilage in the map is great for hiding out, and also shrouds a few key pickups. As with most of Midknight\'s maps, the pickup layout is just right. His use of lens flares is also right on track...adding a lot of life to the level without going overboard. The damage amp is tricky to find, so you\'ll have to explore for yourself to figure out how to get to it. IronRot takes place in an urban scrapyard with the same signature features of Midknight\'s other maps. The skybox / background is huge and detailed. Skyscrapers line the night sky as far as the eye can see. Many of the pickups are hidden beneath exploding barrels, which gives you good reason to blow stuff up. The junk in the yard makes up a good part of the fighting platforms, such as rusted sheets of metal and other items. IronRot has a nice mix of BSP, meshes, and terrain making this a very interesting map. A must download for all deathmatch fans. ~Relic

I would still like to see more control panels like those at the generator around the rest of the level, so that things get really dark and creepy! the holy walls. Everything is scaled much larger than the actual player, which also adds to it\'s size. Saying that, the gravity is semi-low to keep you from making craters on your way down from the roof supports and other structures. There are also various vehicles throughout the map...mainly under the church pews. The lightning gun will be your best friend and weapon of choice in the level, as it is so large that it is sometimes hard to pinpoint the enemy\'s location. I have this map hosted on my server under the TAM gametype, but it is definately more suited for DM/TDM gameplay because of it\'s size. you may have guessed, a primary feature, which is complemented by two new variations of classic vehicles. First, there\'s the Falcon, a heavily modified Raptor which is quicker, more agile, and fires link gun blasts. Secondary fire launches a burst shot. The second vehicle is the Hornet, a modified Manta capable of flight, which has a built-in gatling weapon. Not very exotic, but who can complain about more ways to nuke people? The map itself uses an interesting concept. Each team starts on a carrier craft which houses their power core and a plethora of vehicles. Defending these craft is anything but easy, so the best way to defend them is to make sure the enemy can\'t reach them. Three of the powernodes are located on the freighter in the center of the map, and the other four of the powernodes are situated on the four escort craft. Two of the powernodes on the central freighter are in hangars, and capturing them will obtain an extra Falcon, Raptor and Hornet for your team. Essentially, it\'s a two-way version of Assault, with the main objective being capturing the fleet before your enemies can. Much of the map, as mentioned before, involves air travel. Unlike other ONS maps, however, there\'s an emphasis on teamwork. With Cicadas in the air, ground positions are difficult to fortify. With Raptors and Falcons hovering around, Cicadas aren\'t safe. With Hornets cruising around spitting out high-velocity bullets at a rate of 20 rounds per second, unwary Raptor and Falcon pilots will get shredded in moments. The only way to succeed is to use all three types of craft in coordination. The overall design and texturing is really nothing to write home about, but in all the simplicity comes great gameplay. Perfect for getting 32 people in a server and waging war in the armosphere of Mars. A solid map that any aerial combat fan should enjoy. Did notice one minor error. Bots are incapable of traversing ladders when there\'s a human player nearby. Oh, and final note, you\'ll need the [file=\"30967\"]ECE Bonus Pack[/file] for this map to work. ~ Kouen

various maps out there. Basically, the JumpGun is a portable jump pad. There's also a built-in superpowered forward dodge move, but... who really needs to use super forward dodges? Maybe when crossing the occasional canyon, sure, but not a lot of maps even have canyons.... Anyway, why is this fun, you ask? It drastically alters the way you have to perceive the game, that's why. Previously inaccessible areas can now be accessed with impunity. Other tricky areas are now much easier to access. There are many more viable sniper nests. It really forces you to think outside the box and rework your tactics, since it opens the way for dozens of new play styles. Sadly, it can't be added into normal spawn rotation via mutator, and has to be spawned via console. However, it could easily be implemented into custom maps. Would be nice to have it added into standard gameplay, though. Also, it uses the shield gun model, rather than it's own unique model. But, modelling isn't particularly easy, so that can be forgiven. All in all, a fun little widget. Give it a try. ~ Kouen

only is this a great assault map, it also has a nice intro movie - explaining your objectives very clearly. This map is very fast paced. With a coordinated effort, the attackers can complete all 4 objectives in about 2 or 3 minutes. I'm not saying that there is an advantage on the attackers side, but you will definately need superb defenses to hold them off. This should not be a problem for skilled players because there are plenty of weapons lockers and shields near the defender's spawn points. A must download for all assault fans. building has multiple levels and elevators for picking off targets from a distance. The map is complete with a cafe, nightclub, partial subway system, underground city utilities....endless places to explore. BUT the main feature of the map is the heli - which at first I thought was just there for decoration. After looking around aimlessly for a way on top of the buildings (to get to the redeemer) I found that you can enter the helicopter. Woo ho ho it takes you for a ride! It travels from building top to building top, giving you access to aerial sniping positions and access to all of the buildings. Very unique aspect. I give this map a 9 out of 10 ! Watch out when u grab it ... IT\'S HOT ! TR_Relic
ONS Transmission
map provides, as well as a few other fun purposes. General layout? OK. The two generators are each on top of large buildings at either side of the map. There are several other tall buildings in the middle, but it\'s mostly flat ground. There\'s a road going around the whole central park, as well as two highways each leading to a powernode. Other node locations are on top of buildings and on the flat ground underneath the highways. In direct contrast to it\'s official counterpart, ONS-Urban, most of the map is a wide, sunny, and open area. This gives plenty of room for sniping, but there\'s also plenty of cover, so there\'ll be times where you have to get up close and personal. Aerial assaults are viable, but thanks to the turrets guarding the highway powernodes, you\'re not untouchable by any stretch of the imagination - piloting skills are necessary here to avoid the hail of fire you\'ll attract. You could also, if you like mini games, use the roads for street racing. Why? Because it\'s kinda fun. :p Relic scores again with a good multi-purpose ONS map. There\'s a bit of everything in here, and it doesn\'t excel in any field, likewise it doesn\'t fail in any field either. Plus, you can fit at least 22 players in this before it gets anywhere near cramped. Defend the Leader
enemy his team gains 1 point. When the leader kills enemy leader his team gains 7 points. When another player kills enemy leader his team gains 5 points. When a leader is killed, the flag is dropped, and can be taken by teammates. Whoever takes the flag then becomes the new teams leader. If noone takes it, after a while the flag is returned to base, and all translocator beacons for that team are destroyed. While a team has no leader, whenever a player in that team is killed, enemy team gains 1 point (2 if killed by enemy leader), like a kind of Team Death Match. If the leader kills himself, his team loses 5 points! Team leaders cannot be killed by teammates even if friendlyfire is > 0. You can choose to add the translocator, give AVRil to all players, and you can configure all vehicles to balance the game as you wish. The NEG alpha team followed the skaarj bandits to a small factory in the middle of the mountains on the planet Chronos. Thier mission was to retrieve the paladin blue prints, and the paldin prototype, and destroy the entire facility, before the skaarj could start creating their own paladins. Enjoy!

The whole map is located on a series of plaforms, which for once, aren\'t magicly floating in mid-air, but are held up by long supports sticking out of the smoggy atmosphere below. Falling off would be a bad idea. If the poisonous smog didn\'t instantly instantly kill you, the fall to the ground would likely do it anyway. Your goals are mostly to get a certain vehicle at a certain place. There are lots of hidden elements and tricks to pull off in this map. Play smart, explore beyond the main paths, and use your head. About all of the objectives may seem incredibly hard at first, but the more you explore and learn the map, the better you will become.

Gamecube, I decided I wanted to go with a more minimal, clean, and bright look to the model and texture. I guess a model over 5000 polys can\'t be considered minimal, but I made sure the textures focused purely on design and less on making things look grimy, dirty and worn. I purposely didn\'t paint any lighting or shadow into the textures. With such a high vert count, I figured I would let the level lighting in the UT maps handle lighting and shadows.

The tracks finish line also ends in a stunt, though I will not spoil what stunt it is here. The tracks length is average for a Rally track, and the special stunt portions of the track provide a decent surprise and some fun to the map, but not much else stands out of the map. Overall, it is a good rally map and one worth trying out.

The way in is through the Cave of Dave which can be entered by standing on a certain spot and sniping a skull. LOL When you make it to the top of the inside of the tower there are 2 Redeemers waiting as a reward. You can enter and re-enter via teleport from a high cliff in order fire them off.

to fund the building of yet another arena. However, Epari, Liandri\'s rival, was already building a new arena and wanted to bring the the tournament to it\'s home planet. But Liandri scientists found a way to bring the tournament to their home: they needed something fresh, something noone would expect. Liandri wanted to built an arena on a planet in the Vodiac system. Vodiac was known for its huge storms, that could cover the entire planet. Building the arena was very tricky, but not impossible. 2 years and 165 dead later, the arena was finally finished. Because of its extraordonary location, Liandri could once again hold the tournament in one of their arena\'s.

I did to take my mind of it. I have a little 1.8 Ghz machine and it struggles a bit in some areas. But then Game play and frame rates were the last thing on my mind while making this, as is quite obvious from the lack of flow and great amount of meshes crammed in there. The female model, in all its forms is based on the Studio Maya, Maya Doll model for Poser 5 Web. Thanks to them for releasing her to the public I drastically reduced her polys and re-textured her, but she\'s still way to dense for a UT mesh. But then don\'t you get tired of those low poly pointy feminine models that hang around in Most games :) Many of the textures are from the texture Monk collection. If you want realistic textures then these are by far the best sorce out there. Way ahead in price and quality. Thanks to them for giving me the opertunity to be over extravigant in my choice of textures :) There\'s quite a bit of hidden stuff and things to do in there so get your use key ready. I have been running it with all the bots set to the Panzer Cop (Fuse Kazuki) model by Airmoran. This looks great in the setting :) This is just a fun level, so please treat it as such. However, if by chance you happen to have a mega machine and find it playable as well then that\'s even better. I had a lot of fun peicing it together, and I hope you have fun exploring it =)

Cel-Shaded. IF you’ve ever played Zelda: The Wind-Waker you know the kind of style I mean. A friend recommended this map to me a few days ago and I can’t believe I haven’t seen this before somewhere! Seriously, one look at this and I was hooked. The island is so lush and green, and the sea so nicely done you could just stay in the level for ever and ever. That’s how nice this level looks. Sure, the Power Nodes and weapons can look a little out of place, but if you really find that as this map’s worst point then you haven’t got a very strong argument. So, after you’ve gaped at the screenshots for a while, I’ll tell you what the map is like to play. It’s everything an ONS map should be, the Powernode setup works, the bot-pathing is reasonable, and the vehicles and weapons are all placed nicely.

I had to stretch it out a bit, making it more true to the real scale of the room. Besides the look, there are many structural improvements. First, I have made better use of the myLevel package to eliminate the amount of supporting files needed bringing this map down to 42 MB. The stairway is much more realistic than the previous version with the actual items hanging on the wall leading to the basement. Zoning, occluded geometry, and a huge amount of brush to mesh conversions have been used to give the map better FPS rates. There is also now an incredible bot network to make this game more fun to play on line or at home with plenty of hidden teleporters to get them to the best weapons. My favorite part of the map is the repeated Skaarj growel which was used to make the washing machine sound ! [/quote] A very nice map with lots of little niches to get weapons and hide out in. Very fun if you are good at sniping.

I watched the bots play, it seems to be very fun, and I will play it through when I lower some of my settings.

MonkeyMatrixMoves is a mod for Unreal Tournament 2004 which simulates both bullet time and some of the amazing aerobatics seen in the film \'The Matrix\'. This build was submitted to Phase 3 of Epic\'s make something unreal mod contest. Bullet Time Bullet time slows down the gameplay. Everything slows down, including weapons, player movement and projectiles. When you have adrenaline (more than the minimum required, which you can set in the mutators config menu) press you bullet time activation key. This key bind can be changed from the UT2004 controls tab in the UT2004 settings menu. Double Jump Similar to the UT2004 double jump, but can be performed at any time, not just when you are at the top of your first jump. Can be used to gain extra hight or to dodge projectiles in mid air. Simply press jump when you are in the air. Crouch Hover Allows you to hang in mid air. While in crouch hover, you can shoot and change weapons. Is limited to 7 seconds and can only be used once per jump. When in the air, hold crouch. You can end the hover early by letting go of crouch. androids. Makoto was created by the Raumflotte, a loose alliance of Gods, dragons, demons and androids, as their newest combat android. Unfortunately, the natural reproduction process isn\'t as unproblematic as it was thought to be, unlike the \"perfect\" constructed androids, Makoto has several flaws and underdevelopments. The one mentioned most often are her breasts, even though they were intentionally kept small (unnecessary weight and ressource usage). Makoto also has a very \"flawed\" psyche, very succeptible to fears and acting without thinking. Because of this (and a little pulling of strings by her parents) she was thrown out of the military and forced to live the live of a civillian. The usual depiction of robots in art made her (for some reason) believe that she will die soon and be forgotten. Oblivion is her worst fear since it is often claimed that robots don\'t have a soul and thus will just cease to exist once they die. She\'s striving to do something memorable in her life, even though she doesn\'t yet know what that will be (Saving the wold? Leading the android race to world domination? Kill Bill Gates? So many choices...). She\'s an avid gamer and her real world fighting style mimics that of the FPS games she plays. Since her body is regenerating quickly (that means total destruction -> full health in 5 seconds) due to the nanobots in her blood she fights deathmatches even in real life and rarely bothers with protecting herself, just trying to cause the most damage. Sometimes she hunts Illuminati or takes down Black Helicopters just for fun and even though she knows there are world-spanning conspiracies at work, she isn\'t paranoid, she sees herself as the hunter and knows that no force on Earth could stop her. Overconfidence is her biggest problem, though... Makoto is a character in a hobby-project a few friends and me are working on. She wasn\'t originally made for UT2003/04, I just decided it\'d be nice to have her in that game. The portrait mimics the style of how bosses will be introduced minus the big, red, flashing word \"Warning!\" (yes, I know, that\'s normal for SH\'M\'UPs, not RPGs, but who cares?).

Hold It Down
game, so it\'s a free-for-all. The game uses DM maps and starts off like a DeathMatch, but once first blood is spilled, the killer will then have the flag. The flag holder will regenerate 5 health and 3 adrenaline per second, as well as Unlimited Double Damage for as long as he/she can hold the flag. The flag holder will score one point for every 2 seconds that the flag is held for. The match ends when the goal limit is reached (default is 75 points). There is a radar on the HUD which shows the position of the flag or the flag holder. Flag holders can use the radar to detect enemies within the radius. Players will receive 5 points for killing the flag holder, and can pick up the flag once it has been dropped. In the event that the flag is reset (dropped for too long, or fell out of the level), the next player to make a frag will be the new flag holder. The objective of the game is to get the flag, and most of all, hold it for as long as you can (Hence the name \"Hold it Down\")!! Everyone will be after you, even all the bots, as the AI was reprogrammed to destory the current flag holder.

Tokara Forest doesn't lend itself well to the horror themes of Killing Floor, but it does lend itself very well to the gameplay style, with zombies attacking from all angles. There are several fortifiable locations which will require teamwork to hold, and outside of these locations is suicide as a team can easily become wedged between two zombie hordes. This is certainly no more true than in the forest floors, where a player would be very lucky to survive an encounter as there are no chokepoints or defensive locations. This conversion has several bugs which may need working out. First and foremost all of the UT2004 weapon and item spawns are intact, which disrupts the gameplay almost entirely. Second problem is that for those LAN players, or those who just need an extra meatshield for a while, there's no bot support. Third issue is that the map contains only a singular spawn point, leaving players tied down throughout the entire match. Overall it is playable, but players should not expect to be able to utilise the full map, nor should they expect the same kind of gameplay experience that can be had from Killing Floor's default maps. ~Mikouen

Visually, the map looks right at home among UT2004's official maps, but the gameplay is undoubtedly the map's selling point. Oxidise provides a solid gameflow, which embodies the intended playstyle of Epic's own 1v1 maps more than the originals did. The layout consists of an upper balcony around the edges, along with a lowered room for each side connected by a door. The ball spawns on the walkway above this central door. The goals are at the end of short tunnels on each side. As a minor gripe these tunnels are somewhat difficult to jump into, but no one ever said scoring a goal should be easy. While there does appear to be more to the map, exploring during gameplay is something rarely possible as it means letting one's guard down. Because of this layout, one will find that hiding from the opponent is impossible - the winner of the game will have to outgun and outsprint their opponent. While the map is cited as a 1v1, it's very easy to imagine it being just as (if not more) enjoyable as a 2v2 or 3v3, which would add some group strategy on top of the reflexive gameplay. The extra players would certainly make for a more hectic experience at any rate. Overall a finely-crafted map that provides an intense BR experience. Said experience is rather different from what UT2004's default maps offer, yet it is still very much in the game's spirit. Although if there are any claustrophobic players in the audience, they may want to bring a paper bag just in case. ~Mikouen

In the distance, mountains are visible with a partly cloudy blue sky; adding to the over all effect. Desert trees, rocks, and other debris are also scattered around the map. A gattling cannon and various different vechiles are available to decimate your opponent with. Dm-DesertWar is medium, but the wide open areas make it feel quite small, so expect fast games with high carnage. This version includes small bug fixes, more blocking volume, and the skybox is now fixed. So what are you waiting for? Download Dm-DesertWar and get your desert warfare fix!

kinda reminds me of ons-islandhop, with a few twists to it. For one, there are docks with boats that quickly take you from one side of the beaches to the other...much better than swimming !!! The map is fairly large, which is just fine for a large number of players. A nice variety of vehicles and aircraft can be found around the arena. Weapon and pickup placement was chosen methodically, and balances out the level nicely. Extra credit to the author for the creation of new staticmeshes and textures. It\'s always nice to see a mapper go the extra mile to create new content instead of using all standard stuff. Despite it\'s size, the map also runs at a nice framerate. ~ Relic

It\'s living, breathing, and very organic and alien looking. The level is platform style, with many jumppads and teleports to place you on 3 floating platforms overlooking the rest of the arena. Weapon and pickup placement is perfectly balanced and bot support is great. Even the arena itself seems to be alive. I found the level suitable for up to about 10-12 players, with 30 player spawn points in all. You may also want to check out the developer\'s homepage and take a look at his other works...they are equally impressive. Another must-have for any DM - TDM - TAM server! ~ Relic :rock:

Although the map is simple, the geometry is not too repetative, and has an immense network of rooms, stairs, hallways, etc... This level can handle 8 players easily, due to it's size. Weapon placement is well balanced, as well as health and other pickups. One interesting thing to note is the generator room. Shooting the generator's control panel kills the lights in the room for about 10-15 seconds. There are other control panels around the level, and I was hoping they would have the same effect. Maybe the author will make a sequel and take this idea to heart? Overall - Good job for a first map! Relic

There are also two versions of the model available - cell-shaded and difused. This is another quality anime model, and my comment is the same as for the last one - keep 'em coming. himself! This is a re-release with full network support. It played flawlessly on my LAN with 8 bots. A wide variety of vehicles are available, all having their strengths and weaknesses. Personally, I think the manta is the vehicle of choice due to it\'s ability to quickly descend and decapitate your enemies. The cicada is available, and although it packs a mighty punch, it\'s also an easy target. Just about every pickup and weapon in UT2004 are available, and maybe a surprise or two ;) I\'d like to see more maps of this type, perhaps I\'ll try my hand at VDM mapping thanks to Shredprince\'s inspiration. ~{TR}~Relic

unorthodox approach to game balance - if you want to cross the map, you're either going to have to fly and be a sitting duck, or battle your way across land bridges which serve as chokepoints. This really tests your team's ability to coordinate and over each other, which is unfortunate for me because my teams usually end up being filled with clowns. Heh. Although the style isn't to my personal taste, it certainly looks good. The terrain work represents marshland pretty well, and the lakes just add to that effect, also adding a nice hazard for Scorpion and Manta drivers. The bases and small outposts covering the powernodes all have that rustic and abandoned feel to them, which is what the map aims for and succeeds at achieving. The bases themselves have a great layout, they've got an open but well-defended entrance, and the frontal walls make good defense points. Base assaults can quickly turn into siege if the defenders are cunning. The generators are anything but easy targets, which can make all the difference in the end game. What would I have done differently if I had made this map? Well, to be honest, it's a bit [i]too[/i] open. There are plenty of long-range weapons available (sniper rifle, for one), but there aren't any good positions to use them. Sniping just leaves the players vulnerable. Also, the lack of ground cover makes Raptors a dominating force against infantry. Visually, I wouldn't change how the map looks. It looks different to other ONS maps, and that's a good thing. This map looks great and plays great as it is, though, so I see no real reason to nitpick. Give it a go. If you like Onslaught, there's no reason why you won't like this. ~ Kouen [b]NOTE:[/b] This map apparently uses vehicles from the Editor's Choice Edition bonus pack. here isn\'t exactly a remake as the author claims. To be honest, I\'d say it\'s an evolution of the concept. One problem Deck16 suffered from was being closed - there were a multitude of dead ends in the original map. In this version, the author has expanded on the map greatly, adding new routes and making other areas more open. For those not familiar with the concept of Deck16, here\'s a little rundown. A round-about path leading around a toxic area in the center (now replaced with a garden). Several walkways cross over this middle garden, and all around the map are various storage crates or other obstacles dotted about which make for good cover. Weapons are dispersed evenly enough to promote game balance, but again, the shining point of this remake is the expansion and improved mobility. If you liked UT99\'s maps but felt they needed an update, this one is for you. ~ Kouen

Unreal actors and settings so that "old timers" can easily pick it up and "newcomers" have lots of online reference documentation already available. It also includes a new story-driven singleplayer or cooperative gametype (OSM Adventure) with progressive objectives conquering puzzles, traps and monsters. The only real forseeable problem with this update is that it conflicts with the Invasion AI, and therefore is not compatible with that specific gametype. The v1.4 update adds a new ScriptedAction command, ACTION_SetEnemy, which can be used to force-select a specific monster's opponent. It also fixes the options display for OSM Adventure Server Rules and patches a small bug which caused the Brute to play sleeping sounds whether it was asleep or not. ~ Kouen

I\'m not entirely sure this is one to recommend for the collection, since it\'s one of those files where some will love it and some will hate it, but it\'s definitely worth a look. ~ Kouen

weapons, gameplay, visuals and pretty much everything else, but, on the overall, it's still a kamikaze-run from one side to the other: no cover, defense... The pace and coordination are your best friends while in there - one wrong step and you'll find yourself falling to your death, unable to reach a few vital inches to a piece of solid ground - right alongside with any bots that happen to be nearby, which seem to consider cliff-jumping to be the most joyful of all activities. ~ Draco *NOTE* This is identical to the BR-Freefall map, however this version designed for the Capture The Flag gametype.

The base was accidentally discovered by a sailor, and he immediately reported what he saw to NEG. The base showed no vital weaknesses, and the volcano wasn\'t due to erupt for another 200 years. So the NEG decided to destroy the base by creating a pre-mature eruption to flood the base with magma. They did this by invading the base, and planting a high explosive to the lowest point in the volcano. The explosion, would tear a small hole in the Earth\'s crust, building immense pressure within the volcano, and causing an early eruption.

best :) a slightly small map, full bot support, and some secrets! here is the storyline; Chrozore is an extremely rare and powerful element, that is found only in the depths of the planet Chronos. During the war between the humans and the Skaarj, the Skaarj had discovered a whole mountain filled with Chrozore. They created mines going in and out of the mountain to harvest the Chrozore, and began researching ways of turning the crystals in to a power source to upgrade their weapons and gear for the wars. If the Skaarj could discover how to make Chrozore weapons, it would mean almost certain defeat of the humans. When NEG forces heard of the mines, they immediately sent a group of marines to the mines in order to steal all of the Chrozore weapons data the Skaarj had discovered, and destroy the entire mining station from the inside-out.

the temperature regulated, kept cool to prevent damage to the ancient equipment still used here. Slowly gases buried beneath the deserts surface are pumped through the facilities tanks: cleaned, mixed, blended, then transformed into useable fuel. The Giero stations only connection to the outside world are it’s power lines, long cables running from pylon to pylon across the desert. With no one ever arriving to repair the damaged machines, the facility is gradually breaking down, a process which will continue for decades. The map is optimized for detail settings for those that don\'t have great computers (I know mine isn\'t). Setting world detail to low will knock off the uneeded meshes / particles.

Somehow, sine the map was built in 2 days, it is not the best around. It feature a new vehicle, the black manta. It has basicaly the same stastics as the stock manta that comes with the game, except it have different statistics.

First, there are multiple superweapons near the beginning of the stage, so don't be surprised when you see two or three Redeemer missles coming your way in the beginning of the level. It doesn't create a great deal of off-balance, though, as it allows for long range attacking of the opponent's power core. There are also no vehicles on this stage, which may not be to the liking of fans of the UT2004 vehicles. Overall, this is not a bad map. There was some definite effort put into the level, but some slip-ups can still be seen. It's not bad for a first map, though. Note: If this file does not work for you, please make a comment about it in this file. I want to be sure that this file works for most everyone. (From your friendly Site Admin :) ).

It sounds like UT assault mode, but the seperation begins with the fact that you can choose between 6 character classes, from an average trooper to sniper to engineer and more. There are still a few bugs with this beta, like the fact that there is no HUD on the screen during the spectator mode prior to game start, but currently I have not found any bugs that affect gameplay in any way. *The mod has bot support of offline matches, and the bots are decently skilled, making for a good challenge when you are playing against them. Thus, if you are like me and love assault mode on UT, then you'll love this mod. My only true concession to UT2004 was the inclusion of the redeemer, a weapon which seems to have become a must where Morbias is involved.

kill with you instagib rifle, you get to choose how the victim reacts to it. You can choose the victim to ge trownback, turned into a skeleton, or simply gibbed (for those who don't know what gibbing means, gibbing means tearing/blowing your enemy to pieces0, or you can have the mutator randomize the kill method. You can also customize the death method for both the primary and secondary fire, so you can gib one person and throwback another at will. Both firemodes will stay the same, however; only the death method changes. Again, a surprisingly fun mutator, I would recommend this for a download and a tryout. Semi-Personal Note: This mutator was created by Lulolwen for CHAKA, a Gaming Forums Moderator, after he requested this mod via a thread in GF. Thank you very much Lulowen for doing this. bugs that i couldn\'t fix, (1) In spectator mode if you fly around at the top of the map it crashes ut (2) the bots wont grab u-damage (i deleted my efforts to make them in case you are wondering). Replaced the invisibility pickup sound with the q3a sound, and the armour pickup sound with a ut2003 sound. My monitor is broken so i think maybe the lighting is off (you may have to decrease the brightness).

This is by far the best description I have ever heard in my time for reviewing maps for UT200x. The description is full of imagery that I can just relate to in my mind of what I think Russia looks like. If you haven’t realized yet the creator is a Russian that I really hope is an author of literature too. Also I would like to say how sorry I am for your loss and how cool it is of you to take negative emotions and create an awesome map reflecting how you are feeling. Anyway enough of my ranting, the map is well detailed including a drawing by a child stuck to a window that you could imagine in an orphanage. plutonium, a group of SMC Nuclear Concepts and Liandri\'s millitary unit established a permanent base on the planet and two of its inner moons. Unfortunately, Axon Research Corporation became jealous of SMC\'s and Liandri\'s monopoly of uranium and plutonium. In 2160, Axon Research Corporation\'s millitary forces invaded the planet and its inner moons. The siege lasted for a year and there were massive casualties on both sides of the conflict. After the siege ended, the innermost moon of Sedna, 150 miles in diameter, was substantially scarred in the aftermath, leaving the moon much more susceptible to tidal forces. Tidal forces induced on the moon by Sedna and the planet\'s second moon fragmented the moon\'s outer surface, which formed a ring around the planet within a few years along the moon\'s orbit. In 2165, the innermost moon was set up as an onslaught arena to test those that enter it.

Fixed the bugs and yields better performance then the prior version of Classic Domination. The BotAI has had a major overhaul.

similar to the original map, it has the same architecture and there are no major changes in the map or the objectives. However, THIS IS NOT an attempt to recreate exactly the original map. I have added some changes in the decoration, architecture and lighting. But overall, i think it remains very close to it\'s original and it gets the same \"feeling\" when playing it.
