To install, simply place the Eternium1 folder in your main amnesia folder (Not custom stories. Do not extract the contents of the Eternium1 folder) then open the .bat inside the file to play.
This is the first download of Price of Immortality. Should other versions come out due to bug or glitch fixes, it is advised to remove the original before installing the new one.
