Fallout 3 Mod - Ultra Realistic Wasteland Lighting Rain v6

Rain frequency can be set in days now, so you can choose to have it rain once a day, or 4 days or 2 weeks, whatever you like. Also added cinematic filters and DOF filters. There is a scripted night brightness and interior brightness adjuster added too, so you can choose how bright or dark the nights and interiors are yourself.
