Each platform will have a set of exclusive playable characters to unlock in the Heroes Gallery. On Xbox One, there are two characters designed after the infamous villain from Far Cry 3, Ray Vaas and Far Glob, as well as Splinter Ray, inspired by Sam Fisher. PlayStation®4 players will have access to Assassin Ray, inspired by the hero Edward Kenway from Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag. Both platforms will also support the VIP hero, Champion Ray, who is unlocked mainly by the highest-ranked players in the Online Challenges Mode.
Players on both platforms will also get exclusive costumes for Rayman and Globox: Splinter Ray, Ray Vaas and Globox Vaas on Xbox One; and Assassin Ray on Playstation®4. They will also be able to buy the Funky Ray costume with Uplay points.

Rayman Legends launches September 3 in the US.
The video, titled ‘Mariachi Madness’ showcases the brand new “Fiesta de los Muertos” world and features a Raymanized-version of Eye of the Tiger, performed by award-winning composers Christophe Heral and Michel Ancel.

Today, Ubisoft announced a new playable character for Rayman Legends on Wii U. Joining Rayman, Globox, the Teensies and Murphy, Barbara brings her fiery energy to the Glade of Dreams and the Rayman universe.
