This mod changes the condition of dropped weapons in OL 2.2, so they are not all totally crap. The condition depends on the rank and the faction of the stalker.
Here's the first fix patch for Oblivion Lost 2.1 It's both compatible with 1.0004, 1.0005 (and even 1.0006). You don't have to start new game, just overwrite everything and you can continue.
