Obi-Wan converted this map from the quake map DM4. This map runs well, and the bots also do well, except for the portals. Item placement is good, and it is a good looking map. I just dont like maps that are like mazes, but this one had some good gameplay,

Space and Beyond
This is a quality DeathMatch that takes place in a space station. The architecture and lighting here are excellent. There's a really cool spot where a small shuttle craft has crashed through the hull of the station. Highly reccommended.

Claustrophobopolis Tribute

Daikatana-Like in the Dark
Now this map is fun. The author modeled it after a level in Daikatana, which is where this map gets part of it's name. I've never played Daikatana, so I can't say how much this map resembles the map the author had in mind.
Arctic Bunker
Here is an interesting map, a nice bunker in the arctic wastelands. Pretty nice looking map here, and the bots did well. Main problem was gamespeed, but it wasn't too bad. I like the platforms, and the air ducts were neat.

This map uses the ancient texture set, the texturing is good in most places, but sometimes the walls have a very ugly lava texture on the wall. I don't know if that's done on purpose, but it looks very ugly. The bots seem to use the dipersion pistol a lot

This is a pretty darned good effort! It's a little dark, but not so bad as to require flashlights and searchlights. 8-16 players can enjoy this pleasingly-varied map, with a wet basement, dark hallways, graveyard and more.

This is just a tall box with some walkways around it connected by portals and a couple of elevators. I liked the elevators. Bots were pretty good, I would use 4-8 for good fragging.
Reactor
This is a high speed, high gib level for those who can stand getting toasted often! Their are hidden areas as well as sniper points hidden in the level. The level is baised around a 'reactor' in the center of the room which will kill you if entered.
FrostBite
The portals are very original and look cool as hell. There's a frozen pond with a hole in the ice. If you fall in the freezing water you'll take damage.
Remote Outpost
This is a fun level for 8-16 people. Two floor levels, with lifts, portals and bridges. Very simple, yet very deadly. Lots of opportunities for sniping, plus big floor space areas for massive group fragging.
Genoa Complex 40

I was liking the idea of multiple teleportation areas, untill I found the bots using them as fast and as quickly as I was. I liked this level although it is small and easy to manipulate. The level truely reminds me of the carnival shoot-'em-up type games.

Now this map is fun. The author modeled it after a level in Daikatana, which is where this map gets part of it's name. I've never played Daikatana, so I can't say how much this map resembles the map the author had in mind.
