Finally: Spore Gets a Release Date

All I can say is, “It’s about time.” Will Wright has finally announced what sounds like a solid release date for his highly anticipated game, Spore. And that date is (*drumroll*)… September 7th, 2008. The news came via a teaser trailer, which you can view here; though it’s only about 30 seconds long, and half of it is disclaimers and legal stuff. Still, provided there are no further delays, Spore’s on it’s way this year! Hooray!
