First Shots of Snake Eyes from G.I. Joe Film

snakeeyes1-1.jpg

I’m going to go out on an incredibly stable limb here and guess that some of our reading audience is looking forward to the new G.I. Joe movie. And I’m guessing that a large portion of that group are mostly looking forward to seeing Snake Eyes just being an all-around badass. So how is Ray Park going to fill the shoes of the uber-ninja? I don’t know, but he’s definitely got the look down., judging from these new images that have appeared on the web (although the second one is really freakin’ dark). Now I just wonder how Destro and Cobra Commander are going to turn out in the looks department.

That looks really cool. I used to love GI Joe when I was a kid (it was called Action Force over here) and he was by far my favourite character.

The film will almost certainly be complete and utter shit however.

I’m hoping that the film won’t be the usual Hollywood lousy adaptation of one of our favorites.

I wish Hollywood would actively talk to fans or look at fan sites befoe they do these movies, because they usually suck.

They are finally doing an A-Team movie but there is no info yet.

Now if they would finally get around to doing the proposed The Man From U.N.C.L.E. movie that a producer said she was working on a year ago. At least she said she watched the show and loved it.

Yeah, he is definatly the perfect one in this day in age to hold the part. Snake eyes is everything that spells GI Joe, and deserves then best to play the part. I just hope they dont screw up the story line about his past, like most movies do when they do a comic/cartoon re-creation!
