Fishing Master Coming to the Wii

I think we all knew it was coming sooner or later. Hudson Entertainment and Konami Digital Entertainment have just announced their plans to release Fishing Master exclusively on the Nintendo Wii. The game will put you in a shoes of a young fisherman who competes in a variety of tournaments. The game will utilize both the Wii-mote and the Nunchuk so you can bait, cast, hook, and battle all sorts of fish to your heart’s content. Fishing Master will also boast a four-player mode for gamers to compete against their friends. This game will also be playable at Konami’s E3 booth.

Frankly this is a no-brainer. Fishing games in the past required you to get a special controller to get the full experience. Now there’s a system out that already comes with a motion controller, so it’s just a matter of outfitting a game around it.
