However, am I the only one who doesn’t like that unlockable head piece? Shoulders look cool, but the helmet is a put off. Besides, yesterday, I went on Live playing as an Elite and, I think Bungie did this on purpose because they knew less people would play as one, but, their armour totally rocks.

You don’t have to fight someone to get the samuri helmet or whatever it’s called, hayabusa or something. You unlock it by getting the I Would Have Been Your Daddy Skull (IWHBYD). I have no Idea about the flaming part but I do know that everyone I have seen who has them sucks. Same with the samuri armore and the katana, they all suck, and if it was easy to get a flaming helmit then everyone would have one and it would suck. Games would be filled with flaming heads and people would say “WTF is up with all the flaming heads”. It would ruin the entire gaming experience. If you have a flaming helmit or a katana or the samri helmit and you think you don’t suck then go ahead and play me. My gamertagis AlienSloth Man. I have been on google a lot the past week lookink about the recon armour and the flaming helmut and i see there is some sort of proof and that bungie says it is only avilible to bungie employes but mabye just mabye if you beat the game on all dificulties get all skulls all terminal Katana (1000 gamer points)
and at least on of every medal in the medal chest you might be able to get the flaming helmut. Now regarding the recon premutation i know one person that has gotten this by snipeing someone by shooting at a traffic cone and the bounceing off and hitting the person in the head. 3. You have to find all of the terminals including the extra ninth one
4. You have to unlock unlock all of the acheivements
5. You have to be at least a Conlonial in the online ranks
6. You have to have a skill level of 45 on any ranked catagory
7. You have to be wearing the E.O.D body armor (Identical to the Bungie chestplate) while u wear the hyubusia helment and security shoulders(after you complete all of the other stuff i have menchended)

My friend works at Bungie and he told me how to unlock it without working for bungie.
He also told me that it will be for sale at the marketplace in the middle of 2008.

I will not speak bad of bungie, and I will not say mt GT(Due to recent rumors and other reasons that don’t concern MOST of you). I wish to talk about a battle that happened most recently. This battle took place between bungie and my clan the SBG clan. Look it up we won by 54, your heroes are not as good as they’re put out to be. I was rather disapointed, But nonetheless it was fun and challenging.

Heard that an employee of bungie, said he had a way to get the so-called “SCOOT RECON” helmet, you have to reduce the punctuation of programmers bungie, in campaign mode, taking all normal skulls activated, and legendary playing alone. But only beating his punctuation higher.

Viper armour ( Elite armour) however will be prensented and given out to a select few. Only some bungie members have the helmet due to a trust issue. The a select few of the and me others however have the power to give it out( rules do apply ) . This I promise you! Oh, and you cant hack and get it because its a bisel( A mem.data piece.) has to be installed and the only way to get that bisel is to already have that helmet! Well, you cant get flames unless you work where I work. Recon however, you can get by Me, or bungie. I just got promoted to a senior AI coordinater instructer. Giving me the option to give out the helmet. Fighting bungie will not give you the helmet instantly. We have to give it to you for some kind of special reason. Make you a deal to anyone and everyone out there send me a awesome or crazy sceenshot or video clip via xbox live. I will personally inspect and send these to the big man. It’s not a helmet, it’s a flaming neckpiece… They even said so in a interview

Hey, just tellin ya, its a chest piece. You can wear it with any helmet. Thats right, run around as a Flaming noob. They just dont do that, so that it looks like you can only use it with hayabusa or recon.

I have every human armor that is available to non employees besides recon, the katana is a seperate chest piece, they add another number to the 6, and make it 7 different chest armors. It looks just like hayabusa, so you can still play without the katana if you so chose.

I got all the skulls, that gets you Hayabusa. It does not get you flaming helmets or anything. My recommendation for an easy helmet that looks cool is the scout helmet. It is unlocked with used car salesman, play from checkpoint B in the level where you are lowering the shields from the towers and going to see the profit.

Hey everyone! I beleive i can shed some light on all of this if you havent figured it out yet since it has been like 2 years and everyone has recon by now. For starters recon was only obtainable through bungie if the decision was made to give it out. Flames are still just for bungie only and will probably remain that way for ever. I mean, you have to have something over the world. Then comes along ODST. Recon is obtainable horray!:) I hope this will help anyone who still doesn’t understand some of the things. If not just post some questions. The reason i know this is because i know autrix02. My proof, he used my name in an earlier post. About two years ago. Don’t bother searching, to many famous people with that name.

Now if you get the legendary editionn of halo reach you can download the slaming helmet and the recon helmet. P.S. When you get the recon helmet, it will be free in the armory. Hope this helps. P.P.S. You need x-box live to download the flames and recon. Emjoy!
