Forza 2 Leaves Pirates in the Dust On UK Charts
After one week atop the UK charts, Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End‘s has fallen behind Forza Motorsport 2. Not only has Forza 2 taken a surprise lead, but it has set a new speed record as the third fastest selling title ever for the Xbox 360 finishing right behind Gears of War and Pro Evolution Soccer 6. It also takes fourth place as the fastest selling title on all formats this year.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary holds onto second place by a scant 1,000 units sold while Pirates falls back to third. Spiderman 3 has fallen back further to fourth place. Once again Nintendo titles dominate the charts with Wii Play being the only title to increase its sales, up 14% over last week. Wii Play moves up to fifth place.
