Game Front Podcast #10: PS4, Killzone, Fallout 4, EA’s Used Games
A week after the release of the Playstation 4, we reflect on our time with the new console and what we think of it, and about a few of the games available for it — specifically Killzone: Shadow Fall, which our Phil Owen gave a glowing 91/100 in review.
Apart from the Playstation 4, we’ve also got a few other things on our minds this week, like XCOM: Enemy Within, which kept a few of us busy despite having PS4s in our houses (shout out to the PC gaming master race).
We also heard that Electronic Arts now thinks used games are an important part of the video games industry — despite trying to drive a stake into used gaming’s heart for, like, years now. But we’re not surprised, because it seems EA has figured out there’s money to be made in DLC for used games.
And finally, stars are aligning, websites are raring, and Fallout 4 seems like it might be on the verge of being announced … or not. We take a look into the mystery that has gripped (segments of) the Internet of late.
