Gameboxx Cabinets for Your at Home Arcade

Gizmodo has found a new gadget for the gamer who has everything. Gameboxx arcade cabinets range from mini 7″ screen varieties to larger tabltop version for a mere $2ooo. The machine run 156 generic arcade games, until you hack them to play MAME

I could see these as a great edition to the ultimate game room. It’s just too bad they don’t come MAME compatible right out of the box. The price is still pretty steep starting at $699 for the mini. I’ve always wanted to put a CRT with an arcade emulator in one of the old full size arcade cabinets.
