Gameloft’s StarCraft, er, StarFront Delayed a Week

Total bummer: Gameloft’s iPhone/iPad blatant yoinking of the StarCraft concept, StarFront: Collision, has been pushed back to Feb. 18.

That’s about all the information there is right now, except that Gameloft will be using the same “freemium” model for StarFront that it did with Sacred Odyssey — that is, you’ll get about 15 minutes of the game for free (or a comparable slice), before running up against a pay wall barring you from going further into the game. At that point, you’ll be able to upgrade to the full version of the game.

If Gameloft’s titles are any indication (and they are), it’ll run you $6.99 like Sacred Odyssey did.

Meanwhile, jump back to the post we had yesterday and check out the StarFront trailer.
