New Textures of environment created by Fakefactory of Cinematic Mod and modified by me to adapt them to the retail game
This Add-on adds the Cinematic Mod environment textures, but some were modified and reworked by me, since originally many effects and details were lost, many unneeded and unused textures were also removed.
This pack include new Concrete, metal, plaster, decals etc, all in HD and some with new details.
The changes made was:
- Fixed the textures misaligned by the size of the same.
- Fixed much lost shader of various metal and concrete texures.
- Fixed lost decals and added some new.
- Deleted the unnecessary and unused textures.
- Reworked some Normal maps, concrete and props textures.
- Added models of props and weapons ( Only world model of annabelle and view model for crossbow and RPG). This fix the Crossbow and RPG for larger FOV.
- Deleted weapon skins, you can add any skins if you want.
- Deleted Characters skins (Except for Eli, Monk and oddel Face and the Citizen sheet).
- Fixed the black border of the Oil Drums and removed the explosive oil drum skin (to differentiate it from the rest).
**This pack only work better with Hl2 Retail game, HL2 Update will show some bugs**
Just put all the .Vpk files inside of the .RAR file in the custom folder from you HL2 directory
- Fixed tilefloor009a and tilefloor009b shaders (Too much shiny ).
- Fixed Trailer002a (Irregular shiny).
- Fixed the buggy specular and no blood decals when you run over antlions ( Realy FF? ).
- Fixed Combine soldiers sheet and missing specular mask.
- Fixed black border in combine pods.
- Deleted "citymap001a" (does not fit and ugly).
- Updated detail in "concretefloor036a".
- Fixed specular in "concretefloor028c" and "concretefloor028d"
- Fixed specular mask in props_combine
- Removed "wooddoor044a" and "door01a_skin6" (very ugly and does not fit)
- Scaled gravelfloor004a
- Added correct surface prop to "blendrocksand004a"
- Adeed two new details
- Reworked "prop_wasteland"
- Reworked alpha base to "prop_interiors"
- Removed "glasswindow17a" and "metaldoor007a"
- Scaled "prop_skybox" and "dirtfloor006a"
- Updated "concretefloor033k"
- Updated details in"prop_vehicles"
- Corrected alpha mask in "prop_trainstation" and "props_canals"
- Added New toxic water slime ( Autor: Kylharc )
- Added HQ Airboat (Autor: ShotShellX)
- Added New HQ Corkboard ( Autor: JersonGaming)
- Added HQ Health charger and Suit charger ( Autor: JersonGaming)
- Added HQ Coast and Canals maps ( Autor: JersonGaming)
