Adds higher resolution textures (256 to 512) for splatters and wounds. Splatter textures cover a wider area while splats/blobs of blood are cover less which helps to diversify the way blood appears. Update 1.1: Increase brightness to flesh wounds and fixed a odd wound texture. Minor edits to blood splatters Removed my changes to Screen spatters and mist. (not working correctly)
