Capcom is releasing an iPhone version of the Resident Evil series’ popular Mercenaries mode designed specifically for online multiplayer, making it the first Capcom iOS game to feature online multiplayer.
Featuring two playable characters — Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine — and one multiplayer arena, players compete by killing zombies and each other. The game will include a two vs. two team mode and a four-player free-for-all mode. Capcom has also said it will release additional characters and arenas if the game proves popular.
