A ridiculous policy and horrible customer service. We traded in a DSLite at GameStop for a new DSi. But everyone is in to make money. why would you be selling games to our store if u didnt want money. if u have a problem with an employee write down their name and call later to talk to the manager or customer service. I as an employee have even received poor service.
