Gmail Goes Kinect for April Fools’ Day

Google usually does a pretty good April Fools’ joke; they aren’t actually trying to trick anyone, and so it’s OK with me that they do it as long as it’s actually good comedy. And this year’s definitely is, and it pokes fun at Kinect. The joke is a new product called Gmail Motion:

The mouse and keyboard were invented before the Internet even existed. Since then, countless technological advancements have allowed for much more efficient human computer interaction. Why then do we continue to use outdated technology? Introducing Gmail Motion — now you can control Gmail with your body.
