GOG.com is the Only Place To Get The Witcher 2 Without DRM

If you’re looking forward to The Witcher 2 and you don’t like DRM, you might want to look into GOG.com. When the RPG sequel hits stores on May 17, GOG is the only place you’ll be able to pick it up without any sort of DRM.

It’s no surprise that this is the case, as Witcher developer CDProjekt owns GOG.com, so it’s a self-published release there, and all other versions are being published by Atari. The Witcher 2 is on our short list of games to watch this year, having made both our Best of E3 2010 and Most Anticipated of 2011 lists as well.

May 17 can’t get here fast enough.
