Goldeneye Remake Is For Real, a Birdie Says

goldeneyeIt looks like that Goldeneye remake thing yesterday wasn’t nothing. Eurogamer says they have a source who says Activision is definitely planning to release a new Goldeneye title on the Wii and DS late this year. The title is reportedly being developed by Eurocom, the company responsible for the absolutely not terrible Bond games The World is Not Enough and Nightfire, and n-Space, a company that has put together a number of DS ports of AAA titles like Call of Duty 4 and The Force Unleashed.

Word is also that Activision is going to announce the game at E3. I still can’t seem to muster up any emotion about this, so I guess I’ll just have to wait and see how the thing actually plays. I hate restraint.
