Guess What? New Assassin’s Creed Coming This Year

Seeing as this is, in fact, a year, Ubisoft has plans to bring something new with the Assassin’s Creed logo to market.

Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot told MCV that there will ”something interesting around the Assassin’s brand” this year, although he didn’t elaborate as to what exactly it would be. The last time we had an Assassin’s Creed go-round on the major consoles, it was Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood, which functioned as a sort of Assassin’s Creed 2.5.

Guillemot said in the same interview that Ubisoft is now the No. 3 video game company in the world, and it’s working to over take EA and Activision. Probably by releasing more Assassin’s Creed games until there’s no more shelf-space for anyone else’s titles.
