Halo 4: Legendary Ending Guide

Not all of us have the fortitude to finish Halo 4 on the notoriously tough Legendary difficulty, that’s why Mitch and the Game Front Video Walkthrough Channel put their heads together and caught this secret additional ending sequence.

This secret ending appears after the credits roll once all eight missions of the story campaign are complete on the hardest difficulty level — legendary. With this secret ending, you’ll also catch a brief glimpse of an unmasked Master Chief. Find the video below!

  • To see this ending on your own, wait until after the credits roll after completing the campaign on the Legendary difficulty setting.

Chief’s face isn’t new, he’s been described in the expanded universe content, but I wonder how the people who are too lazy to keep up with lore in a universe will react…probably over-react.

Really proud that 343i did this, Master Chief (John) has had a basic physical description since Halo: The Fall of Reach was released, prior to Halo 2′s launch. He’s described as having brown hair, brown eyes, a strong jaw & features, attractive in a “primitive sort of way”, and his skin is unnaturally pale due to how much time he spends in his armor…. His actual face in in this video (what we can see) actually reminds me of Nick Stokes from CSI: Las Vegas.

Only difference from the end scene on normal are some eyes.
