Halo: Reach Gets Limited and Legendary Editions

As if there weren’t enough people who will be lining up to buy Halo: Reach when it release, Bungie is now showing off two shiny special editions of the game.

The Limited Edition, pictured above, features a custom case modeled after a recovered ONI data module. Inside the case, you’ll find a code for an in-game Elite armor set for multiplayer, Dr. Halsey’s ONI security badge, an embroidered Spartan II patch, and an artifact bag containing the personal notes and documents of the creator of the Spartan program: Dr. Catherine Halsey.

The Limited Edition will run you $80, but if that’s not enough for you, you can pony up $150 for the Legendary Edition. The Legendary Edition comes with everything that the Limited Edition does, plus one bonus that you can check out after the break.

What’s the bonus? Well, if you were at E3, you might have seen this display inside the Los Angeles Convention Center:

The Legendary Edition will give your you very own scale replica of that display. The box is awfully large and will set you back $150, but if you want the latest in Halo collectibles, this is it. It also has a marvelously large box, as you can see.
