Halo Wars E3 2007 Walkthrough Demo Video

While it’ll be nothing exciting for an RTS veteran, this ten minute guided demo of Halo Wars does a nice job of outlining the game. Featuring footage of warthogs, scorpions, needlers, scarabs (along with their “anti-everything gun”) and more, Halo Wars sure does look promising, not to mention pretty considering how far away it still is from release. Assuming the game pans out – and taking into account developer Ensemble’s track record – it looks like Halo Wars will be a solid RTS, even if it isn’t revolutionary. Now why is it that we didn’t get to use the MAC gun in Halo 2?
