Hard Reset: Extended Edition Headed to Retail in March

The folks at Flying Wild Hog have announced that they have reached a publishing deal with Kalypso, who will be bringing Hard Reset to retail stores in March in the form of an “extended edition.” Here’s what this new version of the game will include, in addition to what is already in it.

  •  Five new levels (adding approximate two hours of gameplay to the original game)
  • Four new enemies, one new boss character
  • Updated graphics engine
  • Additional gameplay elements
  • New back-story
  • Two new levels for survival mode

What we don’t know is the price for this edition of the game, nor do we know if those of us who already bought the game digitally will be getting these new additions as well. I would guess that we will, and that the new stuff will be free, but I’m just guessing based on the fact that they gave us survival mode for free.
