Hitman Absolution Price Slashed On Steam

Square Enix has announced day three of its weekend-long sale on Steam, slashing the prices of each game in its catalogue by a huge amount. The latest game to receive an ample discount is the recently released Hitman: Absolution, which sees its price knocked down from $49.99 to $16.99.

The Professional Edition is also available for $20. This version of the game includes the Agency Gun Pack DLC, a making-of video and a 72-page artbook.

In addition to the base game, all of the game’s DLCs are available at a 67% discount, all of which are available in a single “Suit and Gun Collection” package.

If you’ve been holding out on picking up Hitman: Absolution, now’s a really good time to grab it. All other titles in Square Enix’s catalogue are available at 50-75%, including Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Sleeping Dogs. The sale ends in a couple days.

If I didn’t already have it on 360 (also at a discount price just before Christmas) I’d definitely get the professional edition at that price. Even with the dumb story and a few flaws here and there, it’s a great game.

It might finally be time for me to get this. I’ve always been interested, but I haven’t been able to convince myself to buy it.
