If it seems like there’s always a new bundle of games on sale from one site or another these days, that’s because, well, there is. The abundance of bundles means the creators of these packages now have to put together something special to be noticed. Cue the folks who got the whole thing started and their latest offer, Humble Indie Bundle 9: Mark of the Ninja, Trine 2, FTL, Fez, Brutal Legend, and Eets Munchies. All DRM-free and cross-platform for whatever you want to pay and with a huge chunk of the proceeds going to charity. Sold!

Pay under $4.59 and you get everything but Fez and FTL. That’s quite the indie hook the bundle guys threw in there, eh? Pay over the current average of $4.59 get all six indie gems as well as their soundtracks, and the games that will be added to the bundle over its next 13 days of online life.

It’s an amazing package, and according to the Humble Bundle tracker, more than 300,000 gamers have snatched it up since it went live yesterday afternoon, contributing a whopping $1.38 million. With nearly two weeks left to go and some terrific additional games sure to be added, this is shaping up to be one of the biggest bundles ever.
