Icewind Dale to Follow if Baldur’s Gate is Successful
Beamdog head Trent Oster has stated via Twitter that should Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition be a success, an Icewind Dale remake is a real possibility.

Beamdog’s Cameron Tofer has previously suggested that the success of Baldur’s Gate Enhanced Edition may spawn Baldur’s Gate 3, so it sounds like a lot is riding on BGEE.
One possibility that is definitely not in the cards is a remake of the Ultima series, which Beamdog tried to pitch, but was shot down by EA:
