Infinite Undiscovery Screens Look Pretty as a Picture
I don’t know what else to say about the new screens for Infinite Undiscovery other than they have Square Enix smeared all over them. Anyway, come September 2nd RPG fans who own an Xbox 360 will be able to take part in various situations unfolding in a world that changes in real time, with players’ choices leading to “unknown discoveries.” The actions taken by the player with each discovery will have a real-time impact on the world and situational battles offer a variety of dramatic alternatives such as executing a daring escape while a gigantic ogre follows in hot pursuit, or waging battle amidst towering tidal waves. The environments change and respond in real-time to player commands, creating an entirely new experience each time it is played.
“Seamless world” and real-time action combat, exploration, and other actions all take place within the same environment, and shift between each game facet. Battles are carried out in real-time, bringing the fighting sequences of the STAR OCEAN series out of the traditional battle screen into a what appears to be a beautiful and lush environment.
RPG fans that have been gagging over this title can check out our previous posts for more screens and a trailer.
